Fantastic gulf front home with the finest amenities! Enjoy the privacy of your home with an oasis style pool and the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard. You enter this home through a gated and walled courtyard. Main house is on the ground level with only two steps up into the house and you can walk out the back door right on the sand. This home has an open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen, wood cabinetry, wet bar, wine cooler, and granite countertops. This beach home's kitchen is designed for entertaining with wrap-around bar space to accommodate guests adjacent to the family room. Gather in the elegant and separate formal dining room as well.

The vacation rental home boasts a large master bedroom with a master bath that features a whirlpool tub, double vanity and an all-glass shower with bench seating.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom is in the apartment above the detached garage. In the apartment bedroom is a queen bed. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. and there is a small kitchen in the living area.

We do have coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs at the property for your use during your stay.
There is also a pack & play, highchair, walker for smaller children.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We enjoyed the size of the house and we absolutely loved the patio and how close we were to the beach. We so appreciated all of the ammenities that were offered! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great Thanksgiving Beach Vacay

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean, extremely roomy, and had all of the accommodations we could have needed. Hosts were always available to answer questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone going to this beautiful area!!

Beautiful Beach Home

We loved our stay at this spacious beach home. The house was very clean, and the owners were very accommodating. The home was even more beautiful in person with direct beach access, pool and hot tub and putting green. It was our first time in Indian Rock Beach, and we loved it. It is less touristy than Clearwater. We will definitely stay at this beach house again.

Wonderful!!!

This place was exactly as advertised - and it was perfect for us. It was well stocked with everything you'd need - but also had room to put your own snacks and food and all that in cupboards (which doesn't always happen). The place was wonderful, the pool was amazing, everything was clean and well maintained. Kay was a great host and i think we'll definitely be coming back. No issues at all - everything was as we had hoped it'd be

A perfect vacation spot!

Our family of 12 (aged 83-18 mos) enjoyed the most wonderful week at Beach Trail Beauty this week. The house was immaculate and spacious enough for all of us to spread out and do our thing. The pool is a beautiful private oasis just steps from the ocean. We all enjoyed setting up early each morning at the beach and returning later to relax in the pool. Sitting around the fire pit was a fun way to end the day after watching the most stunning sunsets. Although we spent most of our time outdoors, the house was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The refrigerator is huge and we loved the built in ice maker. There is plenty of room in the living room to watch tv or sit and visit. We used the large dining room table to play games at night. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kids played miniature golf and had a great time. Kay and Gary were excellent hosts and greeted us upon arrival to show us the property and answer any questions we had. They are friendly and quick to make us all feel welcome. There were no complaints from any of us about this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Kay & Gary for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will see you again next year!

Beautiful House and a Great Time

My wife and I had an excellent time with our three young kids. The beach was never overcrowded, and the kids had a blast in the pool. The house was exceptionally clean, with very nice appliances, TVs, etc. We also loved the Indian Rocks beach area. It had everything we wanted as vacationers but also a quiet beach town feel. Kay was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Family Spring Break Trip!

The house was large and very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were heavily used and being right on the beach was the icing on the cake. The new grill was put to use multiple times and we were walking distance to some restaurants when we wanted to go out. The communication with the owners was fantastic, with quick and helpful responses the couple times we needed to reach out. We had a great week, thank you!

Great Beach House

Was just as advertised, a great beach house right on the water. House was clean, functional and perfect for our group of 10 people. Property managers were super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Location for Families

This is the perfect house for a family trip. It's right on the beach, so close to the water that you can sit out on the patio and watch the pelicans fish for their breakfast. There are several good restaurants within a block or two of the house, and the ice cream shop is just a bit further down the street. There was a skim board competition on the beach one day while we were there, and a pop-up beach shop. The kids took surf lessons from Sister Jo's Surf School and could just walk down the beach to meet the instructor. We saw dolphins every day, and even a flamingo! The house itself is lovely and has plenty of room to spread out, although we all tended to congregate in the large open kitchen/living room. At night, the oversized TV is perfect for everybody to watch a movie or football game. There are all of the conveniences you would expect and more--toys for the beach and pool, clubs and golf balls for the putting green, a stand-alone ice maker, and pretty much any kitchen gadget you can imagine. We really wouldn't have had to leave the house for anything. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are very grateful to Kay and Gary for sharing their little piece of paradise!

Great place

This house is better than the pictures and description. The kitchen is phenomenal and the pool and easy access to beach cannot be beaten. The grill was a bit hard to start but proximity to kitchen was ideal. Fountains in pool keep water cool all the time. There are plenty of chairs for the beach but they are not traditional “beach” chairs so if that’s your hope bring some. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Spacious Home with great amenities

Our family had an awesome time and had everything we needed at this property. There were 7 adults and 5 children ages 4 through 8. If we weren’t at the beach we were enjoying the pool and hot tub! There was a room off the garage that had all sorts of things to get full enjoyment at the beach and pool. We never ate a meal in the house, but enjoyed the large table at the outdoor dining area. The property was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. There is a nearby Publix and neighborhood Walmart that we were able to get groceries. It’s such a comfortable and relaxing area, it was hard to leave! We were ready to start planning our next trip before we ever left! I highly recommend this property for families.

Paradise

The most Hassel free vacation I’ve ever had. This property was perfect for our large family. We had 12 people (10 adults, 2 kids) staying and the layout fit us great. 3 bedrooms (4 beds) in main house and 2 others in the garage apartment. There was space to chill by yourself and larger areas where we could play rousing games of Monikers and other board games. The pool was amazing: a waterfall, sunning shelf (great for smaller kids), and a jacuzzi. The white sand beach is 30 steps from the back patio and your private access point. You can see the ocean waves from every room in the back of the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for large gatherings, and showers had good water pressure (even a large jetted tub for kids baths). There were plenty of water toys, sand toys, boogie boards, and towels. There is a French bakery a block from the house and a Publix 10min away. We will definitely be back!!

Family get together

This was a fantastic property and everyone loved it. I chose it for a number of reasons. It was literally steps from the beach which is a great asset when you have little ones! It's outdoor area is perfect all by itself! The pool has a nice ledge and lovely waterfalls with a hot tub and it is totally gated so you don't have to worry about younger children walking right in. It also includes a nice firepit with a grill and outdoor table. There is even a small putt putt course. The house has 3 nice bedrooms along with a small apartment above the garage. Everything you need from beach chairs and towels to kitchen appliances is available There is a nice size garage that keeps all the water toys and a wagon if you want to haul it all to the beach. But all you do is go down 3 steps and you are literally on the beautiful beach. The owners meet you and show you where everything is and how to turn on the hot tub, waterfalls etc. We found that very helpful and made things so easy. The views and sunsets were spectacular. No one wanted to leave!

Disappointing experience

We were taking our only family vacation of the year with our children and 4 young grandkids. On our first night one of the kids had an accident and we had bloody clothes that we needed to wash. After running a wash cycle we discovered the washer was not working. I contacted Kay and she told me to use the deep water setting. The next day we did a load using that setting and nothing was getting clean. I contacted Kay again to let her know it was not working. I contacted her again early on our third day to check on a repair status as we needed to wash clothes as we packed light expecting a functioning washer, and we also desperately needed to wash kitchen and beach towels. I asked about any laundry services in the area and heard nothing, nor was there any offer assistance or additional towels. That night we were told a repairman would be there the next day. He could not fix it and explained that calcium buildup on the valve was the problem and the machine had not been working for some time as the tub could not fill. This was a huge inconvenience as we to reuse dirty dishrags and towels. The grossest part was that the previously washed bathroom towels that we were using were visibly dirty as they had been washed in the broken washer prior to our stay. Kay agreed to provide some compensation for the situation and said she would contact me. We left on 5/11 and after hearing nothing I sent texts on 5/15, 5/17, 5/19 & 6/7. This is not what we expected from a "premier" host.

Recent we were very blessed with no water intrusion into the house from hurricanes. The area businesses are opening back up and everything is getting back to normal.
The area is so quaint, and we enjoy the beach with the residential feel. We live nearby and enjoy so much getting to meet so many wonderful people.
It warms my heart when families love the house just as much as I do, and we are grateful that we have the opportunity to help families and friends come together to make memories.

Varför värden valde detta boende

A rare find on Indian Rocks Beach for family that go on vacation together. The wall court yard has key locking gates so adults can sunbathe around the pool while the kids are putting around the green. Your secluded with being close to everything.
In the main house it is only two steps into the house. ( No several flights of stairs to climb or elevators to contend with). Hard to find a house setting right on the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico.
For those family members that enjoy their own personal space you have a whole apartment above the garage with full kitchen with spectacular views.
Waterfall pool with hot tub that overflows into the pool. Pool has a sun shelf and lights for those night time swims.
The grill and bar area is a perfect space to hang for the day and the fire pit for those night time smores while your watching that perfect sunset around the fire.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love the house that sits Right on the beach, secluded tucked away home that has everything to offer. Once the entry gate is locked the only access on the property is the beach which is a big plus with children. The rarity is that the main house is only a couple of steps into the house and one step to the back patio and beach. The main house is one story all on one level.
The rooms are great for entertaining without feeling overcrowded. If extended families need a little separation the whole one-bedroom apartment above the garage provides a breathtaking view while still getting a little quite time. Sitting around the fire pit in the winter/ Fall watching the sunset with the nice ocean breeze. I love the house, but location, location. The heated spa and pool are just the right size, and we enjoy being able to grill while still able to socialize outside with everyone when cooking, watching the outdoor games on the outdoor tv or swimming in the pool.
Although I do ask people to leave it as they found it and I do want everyone to feel relaxed and welcomed coming into our home. It is a place to fully relax and recoup. Eateries and local taverns are within walking distance, and it is definitely hard to stay away from the French Bakery. What can I say, I love the house, location and feel grateful to have the opportunity to share.
