Centrally located in the Eagle Pointe Community of Big Bear Lake. One of the best locations on the mountain. Walking distance to all the Lake activities, as well as restaurants & shops. Only 1 mile to Snow Summit & 3 miles to Bear Mountain. This home has just been newly renovated with a truly modern look, designed for family comfort and your home away from home. You will find a fully stocked and functioning kitchen that you can prepare large family meals in.

Master bedroom has King bed and fully upgraded bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 both have Queen beds. Queen size sofa bed in living room and single bed pull out in bedroom 3. Fully stocked newly renovated kitchen. Large dining room and large living room where everyone can gather. Large outside deck, with plenty of furniture, spa, grill and fire pit.
