Located 23 miles from Silverwood and 8 miles to Downtown and Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Kitchen: Offers lofty ceilings and a generously sized island complete with a sink and seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary for preparing delicious meals and enjoying memorable moments with your loved ones.

Dining Room: Positioned between the kitchen and living room, the dining table offers seating for up to six guests and is an ideal setting for engaging conversations and shared meals with your family and friends.

Living Room: Unwind in front of the cozy fireplace and catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV. Sink into the plush comfort of the spacious leather couch, offering the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day spent exploring North Idaho.

Guestroom #1 (Primary Bedroom): Complete with a luxurious king-sized, spacious walk-in closet, and dressers with plenty of storage for your belongings. This bedroom is located on the opposite end of the home from Guestroom's 1 and 2. There is also an attached bathroom that features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and dual sinks.

Guestroom #2: Offers a comfortable king-sized bed, spacious closet, and a dresser with plenty of storage for your belongings.

Guestroom #3: This stylish bedroom offers two twin-sized beds and a spacious closet. Please note that guestrooms 2 and 3 are located on the opposite end of the home from the primary bedroom.

Backyard: Step out onto the stunning back patio and enjoy the newly remodeled landscaping, featuring a propane BBQ, inviting dining table, cozy couches, and a warming firepit. With a perfect blend of comfort and style, this outdoor oasis offers a delightful space to relax and unwind.

Additional Amenities: Enjoy complimentary access to beach chairs and towels during your stay at the home, making it convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the nearby Spokane River, which connects to Lake Coeur d'Alene. During the warmer months, access to the private community beach is granted with an RFI key, which is provided to guests. Please note that parties, loud music, or any other disturbances are strictly prohibited at the neighborhood beach, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all. The beach is located just a four-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk from the home.

Parking: There is enough parking space for up to four vehicles at this home. Guests have the option to park in the garage, driveway, or along the street in front of the home.
