Located on the serene and beautiful Lake Bryan is our escape from reality. Disney World is right around the corner too. We can accommodate many, and still make it feel roomy and at home. This home away from home includes all of these amenities; tiki bar, 3 heated swimming pools, spa and kiddie pool, waterfront allows jet skis, motor boats, fishing and water skiing, fitness center, game room, a mini golf course right outside, and a 24/7 concierge service. Perfect accommodation for our short stay

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. Not luxurious but certainly functional, comfortable and the right size. It was all we needed.

Clean and roomy

This place worked great for our mixed group. I appreciate having a spacious front master bedroom/bathroom that over looked the water. Felt like a separate hotel room up front. Well laid out!Bed was a bit firm for my liking - but never the less we all slept very well!

As advertised great unit

Unit was as advertised. Stayed at Blue Heron 11 years ago and it was as we remembered it. Location is great, pool is big, heated and perfect for the family. Having two king beds was very nice to have.

Wonderful place, close to everything!

This was a really fun property to stay at. We had access to the pool, the condo itself and it was close enough to Uber everywhere -the outlets, Disney and Universal! It was our perfect home away from home :)

Almost perfect

Everything was great except for the rear Sliding glass doors that do not lock and the front windows in the 2 front bedrooms that have no coverings on them and let the light in at night from outside. Keeping your kids awake. Who in turn drive you nuts because of the situation.

Great view and location

Overall it’s a great unit. Has everything we need and it’s conveniently located to all the parks. I love that it has a kitchen and laundry machine. Home away from home! Only suggestions I may have is 1) get black out blinds for the master. The sun shines in there in the morning which makes it hard to sleep in. 2) get a lock for the guest bathroom. 3) master bath door does shut. 4) bed could use a better mattress and beddings.

Great Stay!

Property was clean and in good condition. One question to owner was answered promptly. Great views, could even see Disney fireworks in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean spacious condo with great views and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and checkout were smooth and the place was very clean when we arrived. The condo was larger than we expected from the pictures, and the views looking over the lake, as well as looking towards Disney from the elevator lobby, were lovely. Getting to Disney, especially the Springs area, was about as easy as can be for staying off-property, and things right next to the Blue Heron like the mini golf and Starbucks were nice to have. The only downsides were the curtains in the front rooms were too thin and let in a lot of light from the hallway, and the bunk bed mattresses were very basic. We didn't try sleeping on the futon, but I'd recommend eye masks or avoiding the bunk beds for anyone who's not a heavy sleeper. Overall it was a great experience and we'd stay here again!

Great spot with even better views!

The property was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly, polite and professional in all aspects. We enjoyed the living space of the rental, but the balcony views were great! As a bonus, we were able to watch the fireworks from the Disney parks every night. Nothing but positives from this trip, and will definitely be booking again on our next trip through Orlando!
