THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Boatlift will handle 20 ft boat and no more than 2800 lbs with gas. It is not for a pontoon boat; it is only for boats such as a scout, Key West, skiffs, etc. You need at least 15" of water to get the boat off the lift because the bunks are 6", and the arms are another 5" and some extra water to get the boat off the bunks to float. Most boaters on the bay tend to time the tides, so they get it out as the tide begins to come in, are out all day with the high tide, and return when the tide changes. The second option is to remove the 12 ft bunkers and replace them with 5-6 ft arms ( 2 on each ) to have two jet ski lifts. Each lift handles lbs so that you could put a pretty big jet ski on each one. This house is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
