Appartment direkt am Meer

Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Leider war aber der angekündigte und auf den Bildern beworbene Außenpool für die komplette Mietzeit nicht geöffnet/ nicht nutzbar. Hier hätten wir einen Hinweis erwartet, bzw. eine prozentuale Minderung des Mietpreises. Auch ist der Ausblick aus dem Appartmentbalkon ein anderer, als auf den Bildern: direkt vor dem Balkon ist eine riesige Baustelle und man blickt statt auf ein hübsches kleines Hotel auf einen riesigen Kran, welcher bis in den 11. Stock des Appartmenthauses (reicht. Zum Glück beginnen zumindest die Bauarbeiten wohl erst im nächsten Jahr. Auch hier wäre ein Hinweis auf die weniger schöne Aussicht angebracht gewesen.
