Saved our Trip!

When we arrived at our original VRBO on Tuesday night we found roaches in the silverware drawer, other kitchen drawers and cabinets and the bathroom cabinets. We couldn’t stay there. We booked a hotel for the night and we found this property available. Sent a Hail Mary message at 1:30 am eastern and the host responded. He said it was available and let us check in early as he felt bad about our situation. Arrived at 1:00 and were delighted to find an accurate listing. Home is recently remodeled and is beautiful. Screened pool area was perfect for our family. Did a little fishing off the private dock and the view across the bay at night was very nice. We drove to Wigggins Pass beach -5 minutes- and that was very chill. Took the breezes shuttle to Vanderbilt beach -5 minutes and that was very fun. Location is perfect 7 minutes to grocery store, 10 minutes to Mercato and other shopping.Furniture is really nice, beds are comfortable, and layout is really comfortable. Two zones for AC did a great job upstairs and down. Hosts communication was great. As I said he saved our trip and we plan to rebook for a couple of future trips as soon ad we firm up dates.

Lovely House

We had a terrific time at this Naples home. House and pool were exceptionally clean, and has excellent views of the water. We also made good use of the bikes, which appeared new. Check-in was a breeze with timely communication. Overall wonderful experience.

Prefect quiet getaway

This was the perfect weekend stay for our family. We wanted a quiet place to relax and get away from reality for a minute and this home definitely was that for us. Tom was so responsive with my questions and offering solutions.

Family trip

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the house is very confortable for family’s. He are a family of six and the space was ideal. The view was beautiful and the pool really nice. Thanks for everything. You also have chats and more thing for the beach.

Perfect Spot

Our reviews always take one major thing into consideration, would we live here? The answer is a definite YES!!! My wife and I, plus an 18 year old and a 15 year stayed for four nights. Everything you need is there as far as living/cooking is concerned. The pool is bigger than you would think and the views of the water and surrounding area are fabulous! Great location as there are plenty of restaurants (all types) and shopping close by. The beaches are a quick walk as well. Very easy to check in and out. Great place!!!

Great location & close to everything

This home is in a great location, very nice neighborhood & close to Mercato, restaurants, shopping & anything you will need. We really enjoyed the pool and all the space in the house. Only negative, the one upstairs bedroom was very warm at night. Although, we were there in July with high humidity. It could use a upgraded faster ceiling fan in that room. Other then that the home is great. I would return

Great view!

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a long weekend. The pool was awesome. We couldn’t get the kids out of it. The view was great, too. The owner was very attentive and checking in was a breeze. The neighborhood was beautiful and convenient to stores and restaurants. We would recommend this property to other families.

Very Nice Property

We had an amazing vacation at this property. Short drive to Vanderbilt Beach and parking garage right next to beach. When we were done with beach,went home to pool with bay views. House was comfortable and was in a great location to restaurants. Definitely would return!

Million Dollar View

Beautiful home located on intercoastal water way. We enjoyed hours on the patio and in the pool, would recommend this home to anyone looking for a little bit of paradise.

It's also minutes away from world class dining and shopping, such as the impressive Mercato shopping galleria, and some of the finest restaurants in the country!

Many championship golf courses to experience, along with local tennis courts and jogging and bicycle routes.

Experience world class entertainment at Artis-Naples, where the philharmonic and other top headlining entertainment performs regularly.

Many boating excursions available to sightsee for manatees and dolphins!

Many local fishing charters to experience some fantastic Gulf of Mexico fishing!

Or just simply relax in the backyard lanai with a wonderful heated pool overlooking Vanderbilt Bay and the majestic Ritz Carlton Naples Skyline!

Dolphins regularly are spotted in Vanderbilt Bay from the backyard lanai and pool!
