This amazing brand new home is located only a few blocks away from the Railroad District in San Luis Obispo where you'll find some amazing restaurants and delis! This fully equipped 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is the perfect place to getaway. The deck off of the living room has an amazing view of Madonna Mountain. You will find a bbq and dining table on the deck as well to fully enjoy the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer.
1) Please do not engage in any illegal activity while on the property.

2) Please be considerate of the neighbors and respect quiet time
hours. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

3) No smoking inside the house, do not light candles.

4) If something becomes broken or damaged please notify the host so that we can take the necessary arrangements to have it corrected in a timely
manner.

5) Please make sure that you are using the water, heater, and or air conditioner wisely and consciously as we aim to conserve as much as possible.

6) Please make sure you lock your vehicle and the doors. We are not

Perfect VRBO for SLO visit!

What a wonderful home away from home. Every detail was perfect and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The location was ideal and the inside of this gem was perfect. We will be back to this little slice of heaven.

Perfect spot to stay in SLO

Such a darling, well equipped, comfortable place to stay in SLO. We could walk to town easily over the bridge. Would absolutely stay again. We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and they were incredibly responsive and patient. Five stars for sure!

Great spot inside and out!

Kitchen and living room were comfortable with a nice balcony. Location was ideal for walking into the downtown area. We had such an easy, pleasant stay - would certainly do it again!!

Wine tasting at Law & Calcareous

Modern inside, well equipped, clean 2 bedroom house, walking distance to the Amtrak station and Railroad Museum. Enjoyed the sunset on the upstairs balcony. Bedrooms are both downstairs, king size beds, kitchen/living room up a flight of stairs. Only minutes to drive to downtown restaurants and within an hour drive to most wineries.

Very nice stay in SLO house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is conveniently located, very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our short 3 night stay. We were concerned that proximity to the train tracks would be an issue but it wasn’t at all.

Excellent visit in San Luis Obispo

A family Holiday trip to the Central Coast. Good location - near the rail tracks but not noisy. One train horn a day is all we experienced. Property presents as very new, and has (2) big bedrooms downstairs. Shared bath had plenty of space and was well laid out. Living area upstairs was comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen. No issues cooking anything. Nice neighborhood to walk -- it's in a hilly area, be prepared for that walking. Easy drive to downtown, easy drive to grocery stores, etc. Front door lock took some getting used to.

Wedding weekend

SLO Visit

We enjoyed the property. It's new and well appointed and nicely laid out. The property offers off street parking and a nice deck as well as being walking distance from downtown SLO. We would definitely recommend the property and stay there again.

What we needed!

In town for a wedding - needed a separate space for us when baby was sleeping and a decently stocked kitchen! The house had what we needed and was very comfortable! I’d definitely recommend!

Beautiful like-new home in a great location. Immaculately cleaned and well furnished. Bedrooms downstairs with kitchen and living space upstairs. Bathroom on each level. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and in San Luis Obispo. Highly recommended.

Clean and Bright

This is a newer house and everything inside was new, clean and bright, with pleasant decor. Host didn't respond initially through VRBO messaging, but once we connected they were very responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking in the area. Walkable to town, over the railroad pedestrian bridge. Occasional train whistles, but not an issue for us at all. The views from the deck are phenomenal!
