The home is just steps from some of the area's most iconic dining (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, etc.), while also offering shops, local art galleries, amphitheater space, a farmers market, and community events.

With easy access to the beach through private access points, three pools (two of which are seasonally heated for Spring Break), two hot tubs, tennis courts, dedicated corn hole play area, and nature/jogging trails, you won't have to travel far to enjoy all that this area has to offer.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

“Sea Suite” is a spacious townhome with an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen space. The second-floor living room opens onto the home's private balcony overlooking Gulf Place, and the main seating area comes with a large smart TV, perfect for streaming all your favorite shows.

Between the dining area table and long breakfast bar, there is seating for a full complement of guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, bakeware, and crockery you need to cook to your heart's content.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the way to the second-floor king bedroom which hosts an en suite and private balcony access with seating.

The home's third floor is comprised of a king master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a final queen room with en suite. All bedrooms come equipped with closet space and TVs (excluding bunk room).
