Great Getaway!

We had a great time, the proximity to the beach is incredible- just across the street! It's a quieter area with a handful of restaurants within walking distance- if you're looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is the perfect place!

I really enjoyed staying here. Very close to the beach and comfortable for two people. It's a little small but cozy and had everything you would need. I'll keep in mind for my next trip!

Long weekend stay

Had a great time. Had a small issue and it was handled extremely promptly and in a great way. Would highly recommend folks stay here. It’s close to the beach and great food.

Great location

There were some snafus with the communication of unit number and check out date, but the host was quick to resolve the issues. The place was clean and more than worth it for the price. The location perfect and the quick beach access was better than I expected.

Incredible location, relaxing time

We walked to beach and restaurants. Learned you need to turn lock after entering code to open and close. The room is small but fine for a couple. Nicely remodeled. We had a great time!

Location, Location, location

Beautiful, quaint old motel that has been nicely updated. It had tremendous charm. One must understand it has probably been there since the mid 50's, therefore the rooms are going to be smaller. The location versus the price was extremely reasonable. The host was out of this world good. We be back

Cute Little Apt

This property met our needs very well. We wanted to be near my brother's condo so we could visit with him easily. This was only 4 blocks away, an easy walk. I liked how I was given the address and check in information early. Thank you.

Quaint with Amazing Location

This was the cutest little studio! We were literally within walking distance ti the beach, as well as many restaurants. We had full use of an on site grill and outdoor shower from the beach. I didn't realize the property had on site laundry as well. What a pleasant surprise! The management was very prompt in answering questions/concerns. Will definitely stay here again! Very safe neighborhood with a lot of police patrol.

Nice

The unit is as pictured, it is old, but it is clean. Refrigerator was cold, air conditioner was good. Bed was nice. My main issue is the shower, there wasn't any hot water, the water pressure is light, and the shower is tiny. If you are a big person, you might not fit.

Bruce was very responsive, but 1st of all, we didn't stay in where we booked, because of plumbing issues. We were moved to another vacation rental. Greeted by a dead waterbug (cockaroach) by the cleaning supplies. A few more, holes in walls, mold on shower curtain, and on and on.

Black Mold in the bathroom shower

Walk in to property to mustie smell. Did not realize it was coming from the shower and behind the sink until the next day. The mold was on all three walls and the handles themselves. The smell was so bad we had to keep the door closed at all times. The rest of the unit was a little tired.

Beautifl comfy. Safe neighborhood. Get to know the same ppl during their stay. Great location.

Quiet. Knowing our kitties were welcome made us and now friends and family want to come stay here. More personal and you are not bothered. First time to stay in this type so i didnt know all so i hope.we did good. The only 2 things. No big deal but sink could not be used in our room because u couldnt let water out and shower rod had to be losered as not to get water all over floor but felt bad when we could fix it and set it outside and it diappeared. Woops. We we left note can someone available show us how to lower it buy it really was no big deal for us. I just used tale carefully not on paint. No problem. The beach entrance was great and close. We really enjoyed our lil getaway and hope to stay again in future. Friendly and would recomme d to anyone who wants more of a cozy exspetience

IRB getaway

Property was clean inside. Space adequate for short term stays. Communication with owner was good. Check in process easy. Location was in a safe neighborhood, easy walk to the beach! The shower needs desperately to be renovated. Water pressure minimal, and no need to ever turn on the cold water. We used hot water only and it was warm. The shower stall is so tiny that any person of a larger stature could not fit in this tiny space. I barely could shave my legs! The bath towels and beach towels need replaced. They looked like the ones I put aside at home, to use for rags. Thread barren, thin, really poor quality. Coffee pot needs updated to a Keurig, or at the very least, a new one. This one was old and we had to clean before we used. The use of a grill was nice. Chairs provided outside unit to sit a nice feature.
