This home is centrally located in Soldotna. It's a great hub that is really close to the Kenai River and a short drive away from the Kasilof River for great fishing. The home is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, coffee, and many other local events you can immerse yourself in to get a taste of the summer culture in Alaska.
It is also a great central location if you plan on traveling to and from Seward or Homer. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from playgrounds for kids or a dog park for your best friend.
We also provide a fresh warm breakfast per your request for an additional cost. Ask for more details after making your reservation. We will accommodate more than 7 guests in beds and if you are okay sleeping on a couch or recliner a couple more.
All in all we provide a very homy place to stay in a great location that serves all your Alaska vacation needs.

This is a great house, right in heart of Soldotna. Everything is clean and in great condition. Hosts are awesome to work with and easy to contact! We had 6 people (including two teens) and it was the perfect size for us.
Nice place, great location. Big fenced yard and near a playground for kiddos. A couple minor things we contacted the owner about— he was super friendly, prompt and helpful.
We booked to stay at this location because we were attending a women’s retreat. The house was inviting. We were very comfortable. They left us very yummy homemade cookies that we devoured the first night. It was a lovely vist. We would choose this place again next year.
The house is well taken care of and has all the amenities you'd expect. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, but within easy distance to all the local places. It is within walking distance to the high school.
I stayed here alone for a week of fishing in the area. The house had everything I needed and more, and was about the same price as a hotel room. I was able to use the garage to put on waders in the morning and dry things at the end of the day, and the kitchen had modern appliances. The coffee maker will make Keurig pods or a pot of drip. Located a block from the hospital, five minutes to Fred Mayer, Safeway, and various fishing spots around town, yet on a quiet residential street. I would definitely stay here again.
House was above expectations! Plenty of both bathroom and bedroom linens and plenty of paper towels,tp,shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! House was super clean with easycheck in. Great location for fishing and hiking and within a couple miles of Soldotna. Jenna is awesome and one of the best hosts!
Homemade cookies waiting for us when we opened the door! Wonderful surprise after the drive from Anchorage. The house was just like the pictures. Communication with owner was timely and clear. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Perfect and no surprises. If we return, we will book here again! Thanks for making us feel right at home!
This was just like staying a a friends home. Everything you would need: dishes, clean towels, fresh made beds, extra pillows, comfortable furniture, TV, Internet, and even a fenced yard with ample parking. We would definitely use them again if we get too crowded at our own cabin. Real Alaskan hospitality.
