This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a King Bedroom to go along with 2 Living Spaces, 1 Bathroom, and a Full Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Small balcony to enjoy some outdoor living as well - facing west. The condo is located in the middle of the building - balcony is city view of other buildings with glimpses of 7th street to right! Max of 4 Guests.
The Space:
Come experience one of the brand new executive residences at The George and Evelyn on 8th featured in the most desirable location in downtown Holland. This historic building from 1884 was completely renovated in 2021 to offer five two-story residences located on the second & third floors of the building. Each residence features indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, high end finishes, spa like amenities, original brick, and reclaimed wood design elements. Book your getaway and enjoy a luxurious retreat today.
Guest Access:
You will be able to access everything within the apartment. This unit features 1 outdoor patio that is yours to use at your convenience. Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo.

Simply stated it's the nicest accommodations available in best location you can stay at- the absolute center of the downtown Holland's idyllic 8th street shopping and restaurant area that features heated sidewalks in the winter. You will be steps from everything you would want to enjoy.
Centrally located on 8th street, you will find all of these nearby:
- Numerous restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, chocolatiers, ice cream / yogurt, coffee, and food/wine shops
- Boutique stores, museums, art galleries, salons, movie theaters, farmers market
- Walking paths, bike trails, heated sidewalks, and playgrounds
- Hope College, Lake Macatawa, and Kollen Park
- Within 6 miles of Ottawa Beach State Park on Lake Michigan

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, to go along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the backbone of the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.
Why they chose this property
This brand new property is a part of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself. This is just one of 5 units that make up the property and if you are looking for something nice and simple, while still getting that elegant feel, then this one is for you.
