Our newly, remodeled home sits right on the Arkansas River, and is a short drive to the Little Rock airport (3 miles) and downtown (7 miles). The den boasts a fireplace, Lending Library, and some of the best early morning sunrises over the river. This space is perfect for corporate travelers or an adult getaway. With attention to detail, this house is sure to feel like your "home away from home".

Wonderful positive experience

I just got back from a 3 night stay with 6 long time friends from college. We all hung out at the house, and 4 of us slept there. We had such a wonderful experience. The house is in a quiet neighborhood along the river. It's only 3 miles from the airport, which was convenient for us, but there were no noise issues at all. There was plenty of room inside for all of us to hang out. The house is very well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable. We took walks around the neighborhood, which was very quiet and safe. Maybe the best part of this booking was the manager, Kasey. She was so sweet, helpful and incredibly responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Little Rock Charm

Property is on the outer reaches of the east side of town, beyond the airport. Beautiful backyard view of Arkansas River. While removed from downtown, house was within easy traveling distance for areas we needed to visit on this business trip - downtown Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pinnacle on the far west side. Very easy to navigate. "Other" feature above for who stayed not functioning. This was a business trip with four adults - we occupied the three bedrooms and secondary living for privacy at night. Central kitchen and living were very useful. Great backyard patio and river view.

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and thinking about staying there everytime we meet in Little Rock. We loved it. The host was very responsive and courteous.

Friends reunion

Stayed in Little Rock to surprise my wife’s friend for his birthday with her other friends. Nice house and easy to get downtown. Great place to stay and host had snacks and K Cups for us to use. Would book again.

Little place big feel

From the out side it looks really small. Once you are inside with the open floor plan the place feels much bigger. We had planned on going somewhere else to watch the eclipse, but had a good view there at the house.

Great House

Thank you! The house was amazing. We were so impressed with everything. My only suggestion would be a fire pit outside and maybe a wind breaker for the porch so we can sit outside next time. It was a bit windy and cold but it would have been great to sit by an outside fire. Other than that we thought everything was wonderful. Thanks again!!

This house was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view! It had everything we needed plus a whole lot more! The little Christmas tree was the best added touch for the holidays! It was truly home away from home! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The added bonus was being so close to the airport! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Kasey! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Girls trip

Wonderfully clean and spacious home. We enjoyed the outside seating and used the kitchen for most meals. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located for the Little Rock sights.

Little Rock riverfront.

It was a wonder stay. The home was clean and modern. There was everything we needed plus some. We particularly enjoyed the view from the back porch and the amazingly soft towels. Kasey was quickly reachable when we needed her and had a simple solution to our problem. All around a great stay.

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful River

Had some weather related complications prior to checking in but the home-owner helped us in every way she could and made sure we had the best time at the house. Everything about the house was awesome and the huge backyard with a great view was an awesome place to hang out!

One of our favorite stays ever!

This was the perfect location for our recent visit to LR. The neighborhood was clean and safe- we enjoyed walking & running around that area every morning. Having the code on the door made it nice for everyone to come and go as needed. There was ample parking for multiple cars. The house itself was amazing- beautifully done! Having 2 living areas was great for spreading out and the huge island was great for family games! I loved cooking on the huge gas range! Having 3 separate bedrooms with 4 beds (2Q and 2Twin were all very comfortable) was perfect for our family. Having 2 &1/2 baths was nice as well. The bathrooms and kitchen had a little of everything you might need for your stay!! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Band-Aid when I cut my finger one morning- such a nice touch. We loved being on the river- the grass behind the house was well manicured all the way to the water. The guys loved running around playing football and then cooling off in the water afterwards. We only wish we had brought our kayaks to use! I'm not sure we'll have reason to be back in the area, but we'd definitely stay again if we were!

Great Place for work and play

This lovely home had all we needed for a 10 day stay. It was minutes away from the airport and less than 15 minutes from local restaurants, Outlet Mall and downtown. We enjoyed watching the activities on the river - barges, tugboats, etc. The outdoor space was neat and inviting. Inside was roomy and well appointed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was fantastic. No waiting :) Kasey's contact was impeccable. She was super responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again if given the chance.

Great place to spend time with friends.

The place was perfect for 3 couples to relax, sit outside, and enjoy a great view. We loved being close to downtown but not too close.

Nice quiet , cozy place

We came into town to work the tattoo convention and we’re very pleased with this property , it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, also the property manager was amazing great communication I will definitely be booking again for next convention
