Excellent!!!!

I would give more stars if I could. Property owner was amazing. He give us information about the activities we can do in the area, the grocery store where we can stock up. Villa Palatina was perfect for us! The house is really nice and clean; each room had its own air conditioning. There were plenty of board games, bikes and helmets. The pool is heated and clean. The owner provided an welcoming gift which included a bottle of wine(very good wine!!), a package of nuts and a package of coffee. The house is not too far from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation Paliouri

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at property while on family vacation with 2 families ( 8 persons total) House was big enough to accomadate all of us and great outdoor private pool area. Also close to famous Cabana Beach bar and short car ride into town . Owner Werner was outstanding with prompt communication and responsive to meeting all our needs.. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa and hope to return again soon.!! KL

Lovely place

This was a great experience. The owner is very easy to communicate with and takes great care of the well being of his guests. Location is excellent and the pool is amazing. Rooms are clean and all with individual Ac I would definitely stay there again.

Ein traumhaftes Urlaubsziel

Diese großartige Villa bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zum Strand. Sie liegt abseits des Trubels, dennoch erreicht man das Meer in kurzer Zeit. Villa: Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Musikbox und ein Grill stehen zur Verfügung. Der frisch renovierte Pool ist fantastisch, und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend. Der großzügige Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, und auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein großer Tisch, ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder Spieleabende. Lage: Der Strand ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und zu Fuß gut erreichbar, wenn man nicht zu viel Gepäck hat. Mit unseren drei Kindern und ihren Badetieren war es allerdings bequemer, das Auto zu nehmen. Der schönste Strand war tatsächlich der nächstgelegene, zwischen der Leuki Ammos Beach Bar und der Cabana. Ein kleiner Tipp: Ab 17 Uhr, unserer bevorzugten Badezeit, waren die Liegen an der Leuki Ammos Bar kostenlos. Bestellen konnte man, musste aber nicht. Umgebung: Die Villa befindet sich in einer abgelegenen und ruhigen Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Trotzdem ist man schnell in den benachbarten Orten. Besitzer: Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war äußerst angenehm. Werner war bei Fragen oder Problemen stets erreichbar und hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Wir hatten in der Villa Palatina eine wunderschöne Zeit und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sommerurlaub

Buchung, Kommunikation und Bereitstellung von Informationen, absolut top. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Zwischenreinigungen werden auch angeboten. Der Pool wird in regelmäßigen Abständen gereinigt und die Wasserqualität geprüft. Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

Traumurlaub mit 3 Generationen

Wir haben uns in dem komfortablen Haus mit viel Platz draußen und drinnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große Terasse und der beheizte Pool und die beiden Balkone in der ersten Etage boten für alle Familienmitglieder Gelegenheit zum Entspannen. Der schöne Meerblick vom Grundstück und der unweit gelegene Strand machten für uns den Urlaub perfekt. Über die zuverlässige und verbindliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben wir uns gefreut.

Super Lage fantastischer Blick

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und bietet reichlich Platz zum Entspannen mit der ganzen Familie. Zum Strand kann man in etwa 25min den Berg runter laufen. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich sehr gut falls Problemchen aufkommen. Vielen Dank :)

Sehr gerne wieder!

Beschreibung der Immobilie passte, alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben, und noch etwas besser. Sehr gepflegter Pool und Anlage. Auch Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch große Freude bringen wie Kaffe, Handseife etc waren sogar vorhanden. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, alles war tiptop hergerichtet und sauber. Ich kann die Anlage 100%tig weiterempfehlen.

Top Haus - Top Lage - Top Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen im August in diesem schönen Haus. Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern 16, 18 und 19 Jahre) haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich überragend. Man fährt ein paar hundert Meter von der Hauptstraße den Berg hinauf und erreicht das Reihenendhaus (von insgesamt 6 Einheiten) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Athos Berg ist fantastisch. Es ist absolut ruhig. Obwohl man nur drei Autominuten (10 Minuten zu Fuß) zum schönsten Strand der Insel mit vier wunderschönen Beach-Clubs hat, hört man überhaupt keinen Verkehr. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, der freundliche Kontakt mit Werner klappte hervorragend. Wenn man Fragen hat, reagiert Werner sofort. Check in und Check out ist total easy. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Außenanlagen top gepflegt. Der geheizte Pool ist ein Traum. Mit Wasser, Strom und Klimaanlagen gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Zwei von drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben Zugang zu einer Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick. Ein viertes Schlafzimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss. Die großen Betten und Kissen sind sehr gemütlich. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss mit Küche ist sehr schön geschnitten und sehr hell. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Es gibt genügend Geschirr. Es gibt insgesamt vier E-Bikes, mit denen man den Süden der Insel erkunden kann. Das war super. Die Berge in der Umgebung sind knackig, von daher ist man froh, dass die Räder elektrisch betrieben sind. Wir waren insgesamt sehr sehr zufrieden.

Our best vacation yet

We spent 7 nights in Villa Palentina, 2 adults and 3 teenagers aged 14 to16 years. We are VERY SATISFIED. We loved the swimming pool area and the wonderful sea view. The house is very big, well equipped and very clean. Extremely nice with 2 bathrooms. The internet worked flawlessly, very important with 3 teenagers :) We arrived after midnight, which was no problem thanks to the combination door lock. The information material sent from the host about the house and area was a big help. Very much appreciated. We can only recommend the Villa Palatina warmly.

Erholsame Tage in der Villa Palentina

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem fünfjährigen Kind 8 Nächte in der Villa Palentina verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr nett, problemlos und zügig. Auch der Check-in war dank Zahlenschloss sehr einfach. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt und extrem sauber. Besonders der große beheizte Pool hat uns super gefallen. Auch alle Betten waren sehr bequem. Überall standen Schattenplätze an heißen Tagen zur Verfügung. Die Ausflugs- und Restaurantstipps die wir bekamen, wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, sodass man den Meerblick ungestört genießen kann. Allerdings muss man dazu sagen, dass die Nachbarhäuser zu unserer Reisezeit nicht belegt waren. Auch der sehr schöne und kindgerechte Xenia Beach ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es geht jedoch steil den Berg hinunter - und später auch wieder hoch. ;) Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen. :)

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren im Mai dort, um ein paar Tage remote zu arbeiten. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Internetverbindung und WLAN waren gut genug für 3 Arbeitsplätze gleichzeitig. Das Haus liegt als Eckhaus einer Reihe von 5 Häusern am Waldrand. Deswegen und auch, weil die anderen Häuser noch nicht belegt waren, war es wunderbar ruhig. Zum sehr schönen Strand mit guter Gastronomie sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß (den Berg hinunter). Schon Mitte Mai war genug Gastronomie in der Umgebung geöffnet. Auch Supermärkte gibt es genug. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief zügig und reibungslos. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, erfreulich u.a. der Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern.

Sehr schönes Haus für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf Kassandra

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage um Kassandra mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, z.B. sind alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, einige sogar doppelt. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig, perfekt um sich dort in der Nebensaison bei schlechtem Wetter aufzuhalten. Für den Sommer sind Pool & Garten perfekt geeignet. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen 😊

Empfehlenswertes Haus mit Traumblick

Wir waren zu viert plus Kind in der Villa Pallatina. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einem Hang mit super Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist groß und beheizt, was Ende September genial war. Wir hatten Kontakt zum Eigentümer , der sich wirklich sehr gut um seine Gäste kümmert und jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen behilflich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Great Stay

Overall we had a great stay. Lovely villa with a good pool and outdoor space. Inside rooms a slightly cramped with limited storage space but luckily we were not spending too much time in the villa. Definitely recommend a car to get around. Werner was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

Tolles Haus - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (und noch viel mehr) und die Lage ist ebenso toll. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in Chalkidiki! Sehr gepflegt und kinderfreundlich Die E Bikes vor Ort haben sich sehr gelohnt und ist ein toller Pluspunkt! Pool ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, vorallem genügend Küchenutensilien!

Gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu 4. in der Villa Palatina Kassandra und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt eine große Küche mit allen wichtigen Utensilien. Außerdem kann man im großen Außenbereich mit Pool, Holzkohlegrill und großzügigem Garten eine erholsame Zeit verbringen. Liegen und Schirme zum Sonnen gibt es genügend und man kann sogar in einer Hollywood-Schaukel entspannen. Zum Strand läuft man durch einen kleinen Wald ca. 700m. Da man direkt vor dem Haus parken kann, bietet sich ein Mietauto an, um flexibel etwas weiter entfernte Strände besuchen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief total unkompliziert, bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und behilflich. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Traumhaft - keine Wünsche offen! - Super tolle Lage: Auf einer Anhöhe direkt an einem der schönsten Strände gelegen - Schönes Haus: Modern eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet - Highlight: Pool - wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt - Rundum Service: Besitzer war immer erreichbar und antwortete direkt bei Fragen Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden definitiv nochmal hierher kommen. We have just returned from a 3 week stay at Villa Palatina where we had a wonderful holiday. The property was very well equipped to a high standard and comfortable and most importantly very clean. The kids loved the pool and the sandy beaches which were just a short drive or comfortable walk away. Werner was a superhost who was always available to deal with any small issues or requests and to offer advice and local recommendations. Check is was easy but I would advise reading Werner's instructions carefully about locating the property as Google maps gets confused. Villa Palatina is definitely on our list of places to return to. My 5 year old daughter says she is going back next year. Many thanks Werner
