After just one stay, The Point will be your vacation spot for life! This pet-friendly (see below) condo features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed with full ensuite bathroom that offers a bath tub/shower combo.
The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and is adjacent to a full bath. Kick back and enjoy the open concept living room that opens to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal and overlooks the large dining area/living rooms area. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience..
At the beach parking is always scarce but this unit comes with one assigned parking spot and one guest spot on a first come first serve basis. Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass to enjoy shopping and fabulous restaurants to choose from. Visit St. Petersburg where you will find museums like the world-renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and historical locations.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Dogs only are permitted in this vacation rentals and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. One (1) dog up to 35 pounds is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
