Eagle Bluff Cabin is a NEW, architecturally-stunning and family-owned, lakefront cabin with magnificent views of Greers Ferry Lake. The luxury cabin features two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, with a large sleeping loft and large bathroom upstairs. We think attention to details matter… whether in the custom cabin design, or in the furnishings and décor selected throughout, or in the thoughtful amenities provided to our guests. From our vantage point on a bluff 80-feet above the waters edge, enjoy the breathtaking lake view and incredible sunsets from 4 chaise lounge chairs, the outdoor dining table and 8 outdoor chairs, or the Hot Tub placed on the extra large bluff-side deck. The world-class cabin and view may be the perfect backdrop for your next getaway during any season of the year. Don’t just choose an accommodation when you can choose our destination. (Please note that although exterior security cameras are in use, the hot tub is not visible from any camera views. There are no interior cameras.)

Gotta stay here!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home! We brought my parents this time and they were blown away and not a lot of things impress them. They loved the home and accommodations so much, they didn’t even want to do the sightseeing we had planned!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

This cabin is just as perfect as the pictures show! The check in and out process was simple and easy to follow. The location is superb! The views are breathtaking and if you’re needing a chance to escape, this place is it!

Great Home with Beautiful Views

This place was perfect for my husband and me to relax before things got busy at home. This home has a great setup and awesome views from most spaces. The deck is well-appointed. It's a great, peaceful spot. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Eagle Bluff Exceeded Expectations

Our three days at Eagle Bluff were amazing! Nice getaway to celebrate a couple of birthdays and the end of summer. Accommodations and views were outstanding and the hosts have great attention to detail and provide very good communication. Highly recommend Eagle Bluff for any season of the year.

Memorial Day Weekend with the family

We highly recommend this property! Super nice home with lots of room. Very clean! And the view from the deck is simply amazing. Communication with the owners was easy, as was check in and out. We did not encounter any issues while there. It will always be one of my favorite places at the lake!

Speechless Solar Eclipse

This property was the perfect place to experience the Total Solar Eclipse. We will remember this vacation for years to come. The owners are super nice! Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at the Eagle Bluff cabin, and it was just as enjoyable as our first. Such a beautiful property and amazing view. Truly a serene place when you need turn off the grind and busyness of daily life. Easy access to multiple nearby beaches, boat ramps and marina for swimming and water play on the lake. We also enjoyed making family meals, relaxing in the hot tub and making s’mores over the fire pit during the evenings. The local 4th of July firework display over Greers Ferry Lake was also nice to view. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a restful retreat.

Everything was PERFECT! Attention to every detail was given. Beautiful furnishings, Amazing view, comfortable beds, linens, and everything in between. Truly a Dream Cabin Retreat. Wonderful Stay at Eagle Bluff Cabin

This cabin is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. The perfect spot for some low-key quality family time. We enjoyed sunset dinners on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub and viewing the moon through the telescope. It’s a quick drive to Heber Springs where we spent one day at Sandy Beach and another day renting a pontoon boat from the Dam Site Marina for a day of water play. Our trip was capped off by seeing the eagles that nest nearby.

Pure Paradise

This new cabin is immaculate, so tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for plus more. The location is serene and the cabin is situated beautifully on a cliff that overlooks Greers Ferry Lake. The outdoor cafe lights that connects the trees, to the little reading nook by the wind chimes, solid fire pit, the jacuzzi and touch of a button warm fireplace…this is The Spot!! So much one can see in a short driving distance….. from the marina, the dam, Blanchard Springs, Ozark Folk Center, Little Red River to the fish hatchery. This is your place if you want it all and enjoy a permanent grin the whole time you’re there!

Breath taking view

What a beautiful spot for the perfect relaxing getaway. This A Frame was definitely on the very top of all our rental places we stayed. The view alone was amazing. The cabin had a nice homey feeling, games to play, one of our favorites were the conversation starter cards at the table, the fireplace is the perfect place to sit and relax, and we loved having the jacquzzi to sit in and enjoy the view. I can go on and on about it but just book a stay here and you will experience such a relaxing getaway! You won’t regret it!

Gorgeous Bluff-Top Getaway

It would be impossible to overstate how lovely this cabin was. The bluff-top view made for spectacular sunsets, which we enjoyed from the comfort of the deck-top hot tub. There was plenty of room for our party of six, and the space was beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into stocking both the basics as well as lots of helpful extras, including a goodie bag of snacks, plenty of spices, travel-size toiletries, charging cords, and cookware. Glenn and Susan were extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back again!

Host: Glenn and Susan Dillard

Glenn and Susan and their family are long-time Arkansans. After graduating from Harding University and raising a family in Searcy, they have come to enjoy all things Arkansas. From spending time at home in Searcy or at vacation homes in the Ozark Mountains or overlooking Greers Ferry Lake, outdoor activities are important to their family life.

The Dillards are "lake people" and enjoy lazy summer days on the water with family and friends. Glenn and his sons are also avid deer and duck hunters. So you may find them in deer stands or in duck blinds during much of the year.

But the Dillards have also enjoyed years of building or renovating homes in several areas of the state. Seeing the potential of a home or property just comes natural to Glenn, and he loves to share his passion for renovation and investing in real estate with others.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

While owning several ski boats through the years, this area of Greers Ferry Lake was the Dillard family's go-to place for family memories. All three of the Dillard children learned to ski here (their daughter being an excellent slalom skier), so the family was already very familiar with the coves and open water nearby. When the family decided to fulfill a dream of building a lakefront cabin, the property where the cabin sits was an obvious choice.

We have seen many lakefront or riverfront cabins which were cheaply built and/or poorly maintained, and then furnished with well-used hand-me-downs. Our desire to build and furnish a timeless, world-class cabin that is decorated with art fitting of its beautiful surroundings makes Eagle Bluff Cabin at Greers Ferry Lake special. So, if someone is looking to stay at a quality lakefront cabin that is a few steps better than the others, this one may be for you.
