Perfect Location

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We loved the location of this house. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd Level. Master w/bath, Queen w/attached bath that also opens to the hall, and room with 2 twins. 3rd level has Queen w/attached bath that also opens to hall, kitchen, living room. All beds were comfortable except Twins (but they're teenagers so they're picky). Had everything in the kitchen we needed although some pans need updated (this was noted on checkout and they stated they would have brought us new ones during our stay). There were a couple issues I brought up at checkout that they stated would be fixed and could have been fixed during our stay but I didn't want people in and out during our stay. The garage shower only trickled (but there was a spigot outside to clean sand off), Master shower barely trickled water (other two showers perfect with perfect pressure), Washer sounded like it was going to explode but it got the job done. We are staying there again this weekend (it's been a few weeks) so we will see if those items have been addressed. I would stay here again, the price, location and house are worth it. Just to note, you do have to go to an office to get actual physical keys and take them back. Having teenagers going back to the house at different intervals from the beach made having physical keys difficult. They also only provide the minimum trash bags/toilet paper/detergent, etc. so you have to provide your own. All in all, would stay again. No issue that would prevent us from booking again.
