Five stars across the board. Everything as decribed, very close to downtown/4th ave, easy to get anywhere in Tucson from there. Great communication from the host. My favorite part was the beds... i travel frequently for work and these are the best beds I've slept on in years on a trip. Thank you.
It's a very good price for an extended stay (11 nights). With the money saved for lodging, we were able to go out for many of our meals at nearby coffee shops and restaurants. This made our vacation very enjoyable.coffee shops and
The location was perfect for walking the downtown, old town and university areas for restaurants, bars and free tram. The house was very comfortable with all amenities needed. Only down side is the noise from trains and neighbors. All in all a very nice stay.
Cute little house in the heart of the Iron Horse area. Super close for either walking or taking the streetcar. Very clean and with a lovely patio. Exactly what we were hoping for in our first visit to Tucson
We've stayed here 3 times and really love the comfort and convenience this place provides. It's very close to downtown, good restaurants and shopping. highly recommended.
Great location! Cozy, modernized bugalow with easy access to downtown. Nice coffee shop on the corner. We loved our stay! Owner was responsive and accomodating.
Marcus's house is in an awesome location; easy walk or public trans ride to downtown and surrounding areas. House is very well appointed, neighborhood felt safe, neighbors were friendly and informative. Being new to VRBO rentals, this one set the bar pretty high. All and all an excellent experience that made the trip to Tucson that much better.
We had a wonderful time at this lovely little home right near a coffee shop and within easy walking distance of 4th Ave and downtown. Highly recommend!
Great location to downtown area. Girl friends went for a concert at the Rialto, but didn’t want to stay downtown with the street noise. This house was perfect and exactly what we hoped for. Great communication, clean, and comfortable beds and space. We were able to walk to and from downtown and felt safe.
This house was perfect for our needs! We have come to Tucson for nearly 20 years in the late winter to get out of the cold and into the sunshine. We've tried out a variety of neighborhoods, but our favorite is in the general area west of the university and north of downtown, near 4th Avenue. The house was just a block away from both 4th Avenue and downtown which was terrific. We walked to most places in the area, but it was great the streetcar was right there too. Marcus was a wonderful host. He responded exceptionally quickly to the couple of questions we had and we very much appreciated the parking place he provides in the front of the house. The house itself was quite comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were incredible. We both have occasional back trouble, but no problems here. We slept better here than at home. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of everything in it, cooking in on many nights. The only drawback is that there is no dishwasher, but for a vacation it wasn't a problem. The backyard patio area was also wonderful. It is spacious with a nice table and chairs. The only surprise was that from time to time during our stay there were additional people staying in the carriage house at the back of the property, but we would have never noticed them except for a few comings and goings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would gladly return to the house in the future. Thank you, Marcus!
House was equipped with the comforts of home. We enjoyed the ease of walking one or two blocks to get to places to eat and shop. Bring your earplugs! Trains run pretty frequently and loud music are part of the package.

Nice Little House in Downtown Tucson
Though the house itself is old, it has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. Had all the necessary stuff. The location is close to train tracks so there is some noise but it's not too bad.
House was very well stocked with all essential needs for cooking, washing, toiletries and spacious.
Our stay was very comfortable. The house is nice, very clean, in walking distance to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants and stores. four blocks from our daughters home. We plan to check for availability for all our future visits to the grandkids. Thanks Marcus
we did not get the text explaining the checkin process on the day before our move in. We had to make calls on the day we arrived to get the information. The neighborhood was wonderful, especially the short walk to the free trolly that took us to most of the places we wanted to go.
My wife Sandra is a Tucson native and graduate of the University of Arizona. I am a Tucson native of 30 years and married for 27 years. We love serving "The Old Pueblo" Tucson, Arizona with clean, comfortable hospitality.
