Nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood on the west end of town, this two-story condo provides a peaceful retreat on the busiest of summer days while keeping you close to the action. Walk across the street to swim or kayak in ocean waters, stroll the shoreline of West End Beach and catch beautiful sunsets, or rent a bike and explore the natural beauty of the area via nearby trails. After a day of outdoor adventure, walk to one of several neighborhood restaurants for a bite to eat.

Back at home, spend leisurely afternoons relaxing on your condo's patio. After you rinse off in the outdoor shower, kick back in your private hot tub. Sizzle your favorite barbecue recipes on the gas grill and then dine alfresco at the table. Inside, brick floors and locally inspired decor add charm throughout. The chef in your group can listen to favorite playlists on the sound dock while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, gather at the table together. In the evenings, bask in the glow of the living area's gas fireplace and host a family movie night on the smart TV.

There is a spacious second floor bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a reading loft, perfect for naps, with a skylight that opens to allow cool breeze. This is a one-bedroom unit perfect for two and ideally situated on one of the quietest streets in town, yet across the street from the water and close to it all. There is no A/C but fans throughout. Enjoy!

Great Location / Awesome Experience!
The location was perfect, nestled in the quiet west end of Ptown but not more than 5 minutes from the action! It was especially nice to use the hot tub in the mornings and evenings. We thought it would be difficult without AC, but the amount of fans in the house made up for it (we kept them on most of the time until we got too cold). All in all a great experience, and it will be an annual trip for us going forward!

Awful, dirty, unsafe
I walked in and left within 20 mins, went to book a hotel. This place was disgusting, no other way of putting it accurately. Was not cleaned, carpet runners on stairs were filthy and need to be changed. Food stuffs from previous stay left on top of furniture. Surfaces not cleaned. No A/C - so don't even think of coming here if you want a comfortable stay - but the fans they had, one of them was a standing fan and had a broken base. You go to turn it on and it falls apart so whoever "cleaned" the place simply re-set the broken fan by leaning it carefully into a corner. Just a booby-trapped, filthy place. Honestly, the worst place Ive stayed in (or attempted to stay) in years and I travel a lot. Do not waste your time. Buyer be warned!

Lovely getaway spot
We had a great time, the house is very comfortable and the location is great. The back patio and hot tub were an awesome bonus.

Good location
The apt is clean and convenient location. Rooms are tiny. The tiny door to the loft was awkward. There were no written instructions. We didn't realize after we booked the property there was an additional $45 charge for the hot tub that we didn't use. We called VACASA when we got to the apt to help us figured out something, the person in charge call back and was very polite but never showed up to make sure everything was ok. Not very good service.

We expect a full refund! This property has no air conditioning and it was a heat wave.

Didn’t meet expectations
This is a great location in Provincetown, easily walkable to the downtown area with numerous restaurants and bars and a 15-20 minute walk to the Boston Ferry. There is a parking spot and a grill for use. There is a private hot tub, although given the proximity to overlooking windows from neighboring homes ‘private but no privacy’ might be more accurate. There is one bedroom with childrens’ bunkbeds. This is the only room in the house that has air conditioning. The ‘adult’ bedroom is a small loft accessible by a door that is about 3.5-4 feet tall. I’m not sure if this door is meant for children or hobbits but an average sized adult would need to crouch/duck/crawl in and out. It’s very easy to hit your head in the process. Once inside, you’ll find a queen mattress on the floor and little standing room due to the pitch of the roof. When we stayed, all of the closets were padlocked and there are no dressers or drawers for clothes. We had access to exactly one clothes hanger that was hanging outside a locked closet; otherwise, it was living out of suitcases open on the floor. Considering the cost of this rental we had higher expectations and will think twice about booking future lodgings through Vacasa.

Great location
far from the madding crowd, but not so far that you'd get mad. Place was overall very nice and well equipped. Double bed area is in a very small loft space with a half door to enter and exit basically on your knees. This was not specified in the ad. House was clean, but yard is a bit beat up, with lots of weeds and wasn't swept. It needs some tlc.
