Our family friendly cottage has 3 bedrooms (pull out sofa sleeper as well) & a 2 car garage for your ORV/SxS/Snowmobile(s). The space is well equipped with a full kitchen, including: range, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator, full bathroom and full size washer & dryer.

Munising & Pictured Rocks are a 15 minute drive. Kitch-iti-kipi Springs is 40 +\-minutes south. Access to the ORV/Snowmobile Trail (8) is 100 yards from the cottage. Marquette is just under an hour's drive west.

We are available to our guests via phone call or text throughout their entire stay. We observe COVID-19 cleaning protocols between each vacationer.

Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, facing away from the residence. One is near the front door and one is near the back garage door.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was in a great location, clean, had nice firm memory foam beds, and was one of the most well-appointed vacation rentals we've stayed in. We will definitely be back.

Great home base

The house was a terrific home base for our trip to Pictured Rocks. We enjoyed how convenient it was for all of our day tripping adventures. The house was clean and we enjoyed cooking dinner while playing board games in the evening!

Well Kept Cottage

This is the most well maintained VRBO we have ever stayed at. New windows with working shades, great screens that kept out the mosquitoes and cranked easily. All the appliances are new and work wonderfully. Filtered water is available from the fridge door and there is an ice maker in the freezer. The air conditioning in the living room kept us cool in the middle of the day. The bathroom had great water pressure and no drippy faucets. The owner provided chairs for the fire pit and cozy flannel blankets in the bedrooms. The couch and chair in the living room are very supportive and you dont sink down onto the floor. The beds are comfortable. All the switches are labeled and work. The house was quite clean. The VRBO is a quick 10 minute drive into Munising. We loved relaxing here between all our adventures! If you stay here you will NOT be disappointed.

Birthday getaway with family

We had the absolute best weekend! This cozy cabin was pefect in every way! We visited so many water falls, miners castle, kitch iti kipi, oswalds bears! And was still within an hour distance of the house! They are very kid friendly, we loved not having to pack all the baby gear!! Megan was always quick to reply with anything we needed!

Thanksgiving stay

Overall nice property, not far from Munising, we enjoyed hiking to area waterfalls during our stay. Home was clean, host was very easy to communicate with, would recommend and will likley stay again~

Great host!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was well-marked (even light switches!) and documented. Beds were comfy. I honestly didn't use the kitchen much, so can't comment on it, but it looked well stocked. The host was fantastic. My husband tore his quad tendon on the way to the house (leaving another bnb) and the host was great about recommending things to do/see with my husband's new limited mobility (we'd planned a lot of hiking). Fantastic to work with. We were there for fall colors, but will be recommending it to a family for snowmobiling season - it looked very well set up for that. Only one thing could be improved... but it's typical of vacation home rentals recently... some luggage racks in the bedrooms would be nice. We used some folding chairs to make one for my husband in the bedroom we used (and I used one of the beds in a bedroom we didn't use). We really loved everything they have done to ensure you have a nice stay. They have put a LOT of thought and care into it. I can't recommend it enough.

Home away from home

From the moment we pulled up, it was like being at home. The Cozy Cabin was just that! With everything needed for a large family to bonfire or cook big dinners. Snuggling on the couch for movies or just as a comfortable place to sleep. It had something for everyone in our family including fun board games that were a treat. We enjoyed our time at the house as much as our time exploring the surrounding areas. Communication was amazing and so helpful. We definitely will be planning another trip in the future!

Pictured Rocks Getaway

Excellent location for Pictured Rocks vacation. The rental was exactly what we needed, great accommodations, clean, fully supplied kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend

The Cozy Cabin is incredibly clean and in a great location. Upon booking, we received a several page list about the location which was really helpful. It is about 15 minutes from the Pictured Rocks area, just 10 minutes from the local downtown area and near several area hiking spots. There is a full grocery store about 10 minutes away. We are from a large city so we had several questions about the area. Megan was incredibly helpful with answering my questions and sharing amazing recommendations! All cabinets and drawers are labeled which made it nice to find utensils, plates, etc. details about Wi-Fi and the TV were very clear! There is a very nice grill and an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. There are several board games which was nice in the evening. My husband and I would return in a heartbeat!

Snowmobile Base Camp

Property was a great location with 3 different trail routes within 500 ft. House was very clean, organized and easy to access in the garage and driveway with big trailer. Kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was also well equipped. Highly recommend staying here and we will probably do it again!

We greatly enjoy the stay. The property location is very convenient to visit Munising and the Pictured Rocks area. The host is extremely friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Detailed instructions about directions and check-in processes were shared with me well in advance. I have to commend the host for the great services that they provided.

Everything was very clean. There was a lot of information provided regarding the surrounding area, which was very helpful. Labels on the cabinets and light switches was a really nice touch.
