Amazing Stay

Wonderful property in a great location. Responsive host. Clean and kitted out with great amenities. Beach right across the street. Suited well for our party of 10, 6-8 would be incredibly comfortable. Very happy with our entire stay!

The house was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean, well appointed. Host provided special touch with a welcome basket & wines, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). Will book again!! thank you.

Lovely get-away for Thanksgiving with family and friends!

Location is 1 row off of from beachfront. Can see the beach from the great rooftop area and slivers of it from the main floor family room. Huge kitchen, family room, and master BR. The owner/property manager is EXTREMELY responsive. We arrived and noted that the toaster was missing - voila he sent one for deliver that night. My wife's stuffing came out great BTW. This is a great location with a large pristine home for a large group event. The adage .. you get what you pay for .. is true!

Great Location for a Beach Getaway

Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time staying here. Zalman is a wonderful host. It's am awesome layout that allows me to bring my mom and stepdad, my dad, and my kids' dad all together. Everyone has their own space. The location can't be beat and the part of the beach right next to the house is so peaceful and serene. It's lik3 being on a private beach. Just a wonderful trip. Can't wait to do it again next summer!

Great house for family fun!

We have rented this home two summers in a row. It is well stocked with games, bikes, and beach gear. House is very clean and well maintained. Owner has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Tons of room for our extended family to eat together and enjoy our vacation.

Beach Get Away

This was a wonderful, spacious place in a great location. It had a great kitchen and lots of hang-out space. Great place for a family gathering. We went whale watching and biking in the area, and sea lions right off the jetty wall. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacaction Getaway

We celebrated my mother's birthday here and the house was perfect. We had two families plus my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is spacious and very clean. The appliances were high-end which is not typical for a rental but very much appreciated. Our favorite spot was the roof top. The views are amazing and it's so quiet and peaceful. The beach is across the street and there are beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available. There are also lots of bikes to ride. Everything you could need for a few days at the beach! The host was easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

This property was the perfect choice for our family of 7 adults and one baby to stay for a week of long awaited family time! The home is spacious and clean. Very close to the beach and even comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and plenty of bikes!! The rooftop deck was a family favorite for spending time together. We had the best time at this wonderful beach house. To top it off, Zalman was such a kind and responsive host! He is the best!

Trip Success

Had a group of teenagers who were in a competition. the students loved the place. It worked out nicely because it was close to the event and we were able to cook meals. The host answered any questions that we had. Great time!

Amazing Rental

This property had everything we needed for a long beach weekend. Plenty of space for people to sleep and tons of beach amenities are provided. I would definitely stay here again

Glorious Getaway

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We booked for 2 families and could have fit at least one more. It is huge, so clean and a great layout for families with kids. The rooftop deck has breathtaking views and the house is right across the street from the beach. The owner was a dream to work with, so flexible and kind. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect for multiple families!

Mr. Nemtzov was a wonderful host! He went over and beyond to make our stay super comfortable! We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday and retirement. My siblings and their families, my family, and my mom and dad all had plenty of room to celebrate as a group, and comfortable and private areas to sleep. The area itself is so nice and quiet, which is now quite rare on the California coast! The beach is within walking distance and the weather is amazing! Mr. Nemtzov has stocked the house with too many things to list! From toys and beach gear to massive smart TV's in each room to the foosball table and basketball arcade game, my kids were never bored! He even went the extra mile and bought brand new paddle boards/kayaks and boogie boards. I've never met a nicer, more thoughtful host! This really was the best experience at a vacation rental...and we've stayed at quite a few!

AMAZING HOME AND HOST

Truly the best experience I have had with a rental home. The host, Zalman, was prompt with responding and such a mindful host. Everything we could have needed (plus more) was provided. The home itself was beyond stunning and extremely clean. Prime location, as it was a minute walk to the beach. It was perfect having morning coffee on the rooftop lounge area overlooking the beach. The elevator in the house was a huge hit with the kids as well, they probably spent more time using the elevator than on the beach. I cannot recommend this rental/host enough, it was the best experience for our family vacation. Thank you again so much Zalman, you are the best!!!
