We are located in the beautiful Golden community of west Denver-metro area with easy access to the stunning Rocky Mountains & downtown Denver - home of the “Mile High Holidays” in wintertime. Whether you're here to explore the city, the outdoors, on business, or even just to chill - you will find Golden East St Getaway is the ideal place for your unique adventure!
The space has a great large, fenced backyard, and is perfect for the kids and/or dogs to run around. The 360 degree fenced in space is ideal for outside enjoyment & relaxation. Dogs are welcome! Features for the kiddos are a treehouse & trampoline with basketball hoops in the backyard. The house is on a quiet street and in a quiet neighborhood - families feel at home here. Inside we have a whole bookshelf of children's books, games and a trunk of dress up clothes!
What's Close By?
The South Table Mountain Park hiking trails are steps from your front door, enjoy short hikes or Mountain biking. Two blocks away is Natural Grocers and the new quaint DeLour Park. Within 4-6 blocks walking distance is Historic Downtown Golden. You will be close to restaurants, breweries, and shops, theater, Coors and the Colorado School of Mines. There is easy access to bike paths and Clear Creek, where you can kayak or tube on those warm Golden days or walk the trails.

A day trip to ski/snowboard at a resort is only an hour away. Enjoy a show or exercise at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater or catch the RTD light rail to downtown Denver - 15 minutes away to a Rockies, Broncos, Avalanche, Outlaws game. Enjoy a nightcap or a morning coffee under the Colorado sky while planning your new adventure for the day!

Although The Golden home is pet friendly, in order for us to keep the home clean for any future guests that may suffer from pet allergies, we do ask for a small, per pet fee for the extra cleaning involved to ensure our home is dander free for our future guests who may suffer pet allergies.
Check in via the combination lock on the front door.

There are two spaces in the driveway, two along the street adjacent to the house, and three along the adjoining street.

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
Getting Around:
The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Denver is South of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
