Take a few steps to the right and you are on the beach, or take a few steps to the left and you are at the Gulf-Front pool. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of sugar white sand in all of Florida, our one-bedroom, one and half bath beachfront condo is your vacation home away from home. This unit features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo comfortably sleeps six.

Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, your unit is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf.

We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, linens, Smart TVs.

You will love being steps from the pool and being close enough to watch the pool from your private patio. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.

Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's finest outlet center, and just minutes away from Destin Commons and Baytowne Wharf you are close to great shopping and dining. In addition to laying on the beach or playing in the pool, you can also enjoy all the things Destin has to offer including world-class golf, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, fine dining, parasailing, and dolphin cruises to name a few!

As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be. We have vacationed at Windancer for the past 20+ years and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We employ a local maintenance and cleaning staff, who can respond immediately to meet any needs during your stay.

We purchased this condo in December 2010 and are continually updating.

Perfect location

This is our second time staying here and we plan to continue to stay in this condo! The location is perfect, the amenities are excellent and the condo is fully stocked with cooking supplies. The pool is heated in the winter making it perfect for evening swims. We love the ease of walking from the front patio to the beach, a quick 20 second walk. Checking in and out is a breeze and the owner responds promptly. We will definitely be staying again!

This property was exactly as described on the listing. Well maintained, great communication, and you cannot beat the location to the pool and access to the beach - especially if you have kids. Such a hidden gem and great memories made that we’ve already booked it again!

Unit was just as shown-Donna who locally managed was super helpful with a couple of issues-beach service was so convenient-only complaint is that the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked-no spices etc and not a lot of pots and pans-but would definitely stay there again

Great view, great location and great condo

The location of the condo is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable including the sleeper sofa. The condo is equipped with all necessary kitchen cookware and utensils. The heated pool is great, the temperature is perfect and the kids loved it. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We will be booking our stay for next Winter! Highly recommend!

Better than expected !

First time in Destin and it was awesome ! Beach is right off the patio along with the pool. Quiet and serene and a crispy clean condo with all amenities. Close to the outlets and Skippers seafood market where fresh shrimp and fish come in each morning. Grills are out behind the patio near the beach and you can cook while enjoying the amazing sunset. Laura is great and has wonderful communication. We will be back and stay here again! A+ service.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property because it is so more private than other condos and it feels more like home. First of all the owner was great and I thank her for letting us stay there. The convenience to everything surrounding you outside the condo is a plus with me when you have a 13 year old boy who keeps us all active. My family is planning on buying a condo within the next year and this is how I want ours to be. I will definitely always stay here in the future if I am in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because we loved it.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and 2 year old daughter. Being on the first floor was so convenient. The pool was right there and just a 2min walk to the beach. Everything was clean (the clear shower curtain could use a change), and everything was well organized. The washer and dryer aloud us to keep up with laundry as well. Loved the decor and paint color. Nice to see a more modern condo. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

We have stayed at the Windancer since we started coming to Miramar Beach 5 years ago, and absolutely LOVE the beach front access. This year was our first time to take our 2yr old, and I knew I wanted to be closer to the pool, so I could see her and my older children if I needed to run inside. The location was PERFECT...pool & beach view both, and literally steps from the pool! Laura was so accommodating as we booked before the Pandemic in January, and didn't know if Florida would even allow us to come. She said not to worry about paying the balance until Florida lifted the ban, and if for some reason they didn't, that she would let us move our stay or give a refund. That was SO appreciated after hearing what some others dealt with on property management companies/owners in the area. The condo was beautiful, clean, updated, and even the sleeper sofa was comfortable for my son. The house keeper(Donna) stopped by to deliver some bedding and she was such a delight. Marty, the guy that sets up all the chairs & umbrella's for beach service is FANTASTIC! We can't wait to come back...thank you Laura!

This rental is absolutely PERFECT!! The location is perfect, the first floor is nice (no elevators), and the beach is wonderful. Any questions I had were addressed and answered within minutes. Will absolutely stay here again! :)

Great-Beautiful-lots of dolphins

Smaller, but very nice, clean, cozy, and warm. Would stay there again in a heartbeat, which we are. Just right for two people or a family of four.

Great Get-away

There was construction going on in the back which caused problems with parking. The construction noise was bothersome as well. Being put in the back of the v-shaped set-up of beach chairs away from the water and remaining there the entire week was frustrating. This is not the fault of the owner of this condo, but it was disappointing that the company who manages the chairs doesn't have a better system. Even with all of that, the unit was perfect and the location was ideal for a wonderful fall get-away!
