charming house in a charming town

Such a beautiful home and neighborhood! I wish our trip was longer so we could stay in that house a couple more days. Sara treated us very well!

Wow what a property

This house was perfect. Everything about our stay was excellent. The house and decor was above and beyond. We had a great time hosting a Family get together. Big back yard and corner lot. Sara was a great host. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Book Club Retreat

We decided to do a book club retreat here, and it was perfect! The house is so warm and clean and cozy. Sara is a great host! It was a perfect spot for all of us to gather, make drinks, eat food, and read but also have our space.

This cottage was fantastic. Sara was very accommodating, helpful and very available for the entire stay. Cottage was very nice, super well supplied/advertised/clean. I highly recommend her and her cottages/villas. We are scheduled to return again. LOVED IT!!!

Super cute and comfortable!

We had a little sleepover/staycation and we absolutely loved this cottage. It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside, lots of room for a big group to be comfortable. It has everthing you need! Beds are comfortable, and you have lots of pillow choices. Don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking!

Minden Cottage

The property was very cute and charming. Hands down the best stocked property I’ve ever stayed at. From the coffee to the hair dryer, curling iron, fans and Pillows!!! The only problem we encountered were some pretty significant leaks in the master bathroom but, the weather was really bad.

So comfortable and convenient

The cottage was perfect for our surprise trip to Minden. The covered parking up next to house was great. All the beds are super comfortable. With 5 adults staying for 4 nights, we all had plenty of space to spread out. Will definitely book the cottage again!

Family Christmas

This house has so much character, space and charm. Each room is comfortable and stylish. We had 3 adults and 3 children. We have outgrown staying at a hotel and this cottage was the perfect solution. Plenty of space for the kids to have their own space while giving the adults space too. The cottage was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was well stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Terrific

We came from Tyler, Texas to compete in a horse show in Haughton, 30 mins away. The house was perfect in every way! (And just darling!) Everything we needed and more! Sara was a dream to deal with and downtown Minden is so much fun! Thank you so much for everything! Lots of blue ribbons for our team! 💙
