This was a nice clean cottage conveniently located near Narragansett. We loved the kayaking that was down the road on the narrows river. The only thing that was tricky was the very narrow parking space and backing out of the space onto a busy road.
Tricia and I very much enjoyed our two-night stay at the Falcones' lovely little cottage in South Kingstown. The cottage is cozy and as neat as a pin. Plus, it's right up the road from Narrow River, where you can kayak.

This place was updated and we enjoyed it very much! It was in the perfect area, five minutes to the beach. We will probably be coming back here next year.
As advertised, wonderful little cottage, close to everything. Hosts were outstanding. Had everything you would need for a great beach getaway. We would definitely stay there again. We will recommend to friends and family!!!!

The red door cabin was exactly as shown on the website. Great effort had been made to furnish the cabin with the basics of what two people might need for a vacation.
I thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the host, who balanced this style with respect for our privacy.
Parking was tight but we managed and think this is an excellent vacation spot.
We came to the Narragansett area to attend a wedding at the little chapel in Saunderstown. This was the perfect location for us and we were very impressed by the care given to this little cottage. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, just a short drive from the town beach. Cottage was well equipped with appliances, electronics, & linens. Property manager was friendly and responsive. A+ experience!
Very clean and tidy cottage. From beginning to end, the owners were very responsive and welcoming. We loved the close proximity to great Rhode Island beaches and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard!
The property was exactly as listed. It was neat and comfortable. Everything was supplied and the host was great to work with, answering any questions promptly. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend a week. The bonus was that the area was just wonderful with so much to see and do.
Thanks to the hosts.
Amazing little cottage!! We had a great time. It had everything we needed & it was in a great location. Loved the little red door and the outside area in the back.
Perfect little retreat in close proximity to all the fun of the area narrow river, Narragansett , etc…
We were only there for 2 nights but it had everything that we needed. It was very clean, freshly painted and the decor was lovely. The bed in the bedroom is extremely firm, the pullout couch was easy to set up and worked perfectly for our 7 year old grandchild. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy rent the house again.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Very easy to kayak just a few minutes from the cottage. Cute area with lots of dining options and outdoor activities.
The property is super adorable. We had a great time there. It was close to the water but quiet. I wish we had time to try kayaking but we packed too much into our vacation....guess we'll just have to go back. :-)
My wife and I stayed here for two nights while attending the the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a perfect place for us. It is small and very private in a lovely part of Rhode Island and access to the Jazz Festival grounds was easy.

Perfect getaway for my husband and I. The area was close to all the kayaking and beach time we were looking for. The cottage was quaint, very clean and cozy.
This cottage is super cute, very clean and simply perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Loved the fresh flowers, chilled sparkling water, and fun details the owner took care to include. I didn’t do any real cooking because I was on my own but there is everything you need to do so, inside or outside.
Located on a quiet street.
Can walk to kayak/paddle board rental spot around the corner.
Drive is 5 min to closest beach (2 beach chairs available to use which was great).
A couple minutes more to “downtown” a few shops and restaurants.
10 minutes inland to chain stores and conveniences.
17 min to Block Island Ferry - I took a day trip which was so much fun. Rented a moped and had plenty of time exploring the island and getting dinner and drinks before heading back.
The owner was very responsive answering questions.
Would definitely rent again!
This place is so adorable. Such a great spot moments from the beach and just a walk to the waterway. They left us recommendations which helped a lot. Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Rob Falcone
Kim and Rob. We're native Rhode Islanders who live in the area and have stayed here to work and raise our family. We love our little Ocean State and are thankful we can now introduce the beauty to new friends through this property.
Why they chose this property
Although completely remodeled, this is one of the original summer cottages from the 30's that has retained its size and charm, and remains part of Rhode Island's ocean history.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is located on Narrow River, which is a destination for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. From the Kayak shop, rent a kayak and follow the river under Sprague Bridge, and you'll be at the tip of Narragansett Beach. It's what summer in RI is all about.
