Featuring a 1200 square feet salt water modern pool and 8x8 spa. Fire pit, outdoor BBQ space, outdoor dining, and sun loungers. This home is located in the heart of the beautiful west Palmdale just a few minutes from the Antelope valley mall. A perfect place to relax as it is a quieter community with no traffic noise or other disturbances, serenity of the mountains, natural desert and at night sky filled with stars. After viewing the beautiful sunset you will enjoy the automatic lighting system surrounding the entire villa. Get your family or friends together and come to decompress and find peace and happiness here in the largest city in the desert. We offer corn hole, indoor board games, pool table, ping pong table, Mini golf, outdoor swings and slides etc. Garage is not accessible at this time. Also, please let us know if you need anything else to make your stay splendid.

Great!

The property and host provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. We had such an amazing stay. Communication with host was easy and property was very clean and beautiful. Honestly we loved it so much that we didn’t even want to leave the property to go see attractions that we came for. Wonderful evenings outside with the firepit, grill, table, and pool all close to each other.

Amazing Home and Service!

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. Home is beautiful, nice large floor plan and stunning backyard. Home & property is very clean and well maintained. Host is great, easily reachable and made sure we were comfortable. Great for an event and family time. The pool & lighting in the backyard really sets the tone for a great time.

Desert Oasis

We enjoyed the house while traveling to Lancaster for business. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Master Suite and bathroom are incredibly luxurious. We spent most of our free time in the backyard. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The putting green was a lot of fun! Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, you will love this house!

Gorgeous House!!

More than what We expected. This property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The rooms, the kitchen, the pool everything it’s just perfect. The owner is really nice, very helpful. We when to celebrate my wife’s birthday and he even took the time to leave a birthday card. Definitely we are staying over some other time.

Excellent Venue for a Party!

This place is absolutely beautiful! This was the second time that we stay here but this time we rented it as a venue for our daughter’s birthday celebration (5 years). We can easily fit around 30 people. We set up some tables and put some decorations and the pictures look so amazing 😍. We really recommend this place. Chris is just an amazing host, very polite and always taking care about all the details in top of that he is available 24/7 for any question. Thank you Chris we really appreciate it!!! For sure this not going to be the last time that we stay here, we are definitely coming back :)

In love with this beautiful place

Wow, just wow! Booked this for a large family trip and we’re blow away the minute we hit book. We soon received a call from our host who called to introduce himself and welcome us to his lovely home. Fast forward to the day we arrived, as soon as we opened the door it was pretty obvious we were about to have the best family trip ever! The house was stunning, far nicer than advertised. The photos just don’t do this palace justice (yes palace no place). We spent the whole weekend relaxing in the hot tub as it was a bit chilly for the pool but we wished we could have used it as it was huge and looked like it woulda been so much fun. The ping pong table and mini golf kept all the kids and adults entertained and the pool table was the hang out spot at night once we came in from using fire pit outside. The house is also in such a prime location, everything is a short drive away. Shopping, restaurants, coffee u name it, it was less than 5 min away. Even though everything is close, you feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere because of how quiet it is. Our host was I text/call away at ALL times and was extremely helpful and attentive with us. Book your next vacation HERE!! You will not regret it.

Amazing!!

Book it! It is such a beautiful house!! It was clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. Any questions that I had Chris answered them within minutes. It has a lot of restaurants and stores located by it and everyone enjoyed the stay. 10/10!

Amazing

I had a great time, the house was impeccable and very confortable with so many amenities including a pool table, table tenis a sparkling clean and enormous pool, spa and bbq grill. My family had a great time and the owner was available 24/7 and helped me with the app to turn on the spa. I highly recommend this location.

Best property overall

My experience at this property was above amazing, such a nice beautiful home that will accommodate any gathering you desire. The host was very nice and responsive as well as very helpful throughout my stay at the home. This property has everything you can think of that will be needed to make your stay enjoyable I definitely recommend for events and just nice quiet get aways, at nice the view is everything and more, shopping centers and grocery stores are all close by so you don’t need to drive far to get things if needed.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING: A 220V charging station is available on this property free of charge.

PETS: Small pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $150 fee is required per pet. No pets allowed in the pool. Please let us know you are bringing a pet(s) in advance.

SECURITY: The front gate and front door are equipped with smart lock technology and the combination is updated at each check-in and check-out for our guests safety.

WATER QUALITY: This property is equipped with drinking water filtration system.

POOL: All heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advanced with host, at least 48 hours prior to use, Pool is 35,000 Gallons and takes about 24 hours to heat up.

SPA: Spa heating is free of charge from 8am - 1am.

Fire Pit: Fire Pit hours are from 6pm - 1am.

CHECK-IN OPTIONS: Guests have the option to self check-in or request to check-in with the host. Please request 24 hours before check-in.
