It is just a few steps to the water’s edge or directly onto the fabulous dock with conveniently located steps.
Don’t recommend diving off docks, could be stumps in the water! Private dock with 2 kayaks located in the boat house. Deep water fishing reported to be one of the best crappie spots on the lake, in a protected cove with slow No wake zone.

This home has a queen size bedroom downstairs with a full bath, and another queen bedroom upstairs with full bath. There is a twin bed in an alcove upstairs that is a walk through to the second bedroom.

Plenty of room for parking and security camera at the entrance of the property.

Caution:
There is a slight smell of creosote inside the home due to treated wood used in the foundation and on some outside trim treated with creosote.
