Majestic Lofts #502 - Private BALCONY over Printers Alley! Blocks from Broadway!

The Majestic Lofts located at 209 Printers Alley offer old world charm and modern luxurious conveniences.

Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 300 sq ft New Orleans style balcony overlooking Historic Printers Alley. You can relax in one of the rocking chairs or enjoy a drink or meal on your private outdoor bistro table all the while taking in the vibrant ambience. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

PLEASE NOTE:
All booking/primary guests will be required to provide a valid form of identification prior to arrival. This form of identification will be used to verify guests' identity and also to act as an acceptance of the property's standard House Rules

All bedrooms in this loft are interior- there are no windows in any of the bedrooms. The dens are well lit from the exterior windows.

Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Multiple paid parking options, located within 2 blocks of the property, are available. Prices vary from $10-$45 per day.

Early check-ins can be requested the week of your arrival. Depending on availability surrounding the date of your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Fantastic! Couldn't ask for better. Our host thought of every detail from extra phone chargers to koozie cup holders. I'd say the best place we have been and will return often. Loved this place and the location to entertainment is perfect.

Best trip yet!

We've been to Nashville a few times and stayed in various locations and venues. This place is by far the best. Clean, right in the middle of Printer's Alley and an easy walk to Broadway and the stadiums. Each of the 3 adult couples had their own bathroom and king beds which made it feel like a REAL adult stay. Definitely will be back.

Great place to stay in Nashville!

The loft was absolutely perfect for 3 adult couples. Plenty of room, very nice and clean. Great location to get to restaurants, Broadway, wherever you need to go. We will definitely stay again!

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was super clean and spacious and the location couldn't have been better. The communication was exceptional and helped to make it a worry-free weekend getaway. I'll definitely look to stay here the next time we are in Nashville!

Perfect!

Could not ask for a better location or residence! So nice for all three couples to have their own bathrooms. Lots of space and loved being right above Printer's Alley. We definitely will be staying there again.

Excellent location

Property was clean and well equiped for our stay. The host included snacks, water and extra cords to charge our phones. We enjoyed every aspect of this property from the balcony to the comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend this property if you want to be within walking distance to Broadway restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great Stay

Our third year in a row in Nashville and first time on Printers Alley. This unit was the best we have ever stayed in anywhere. Three rooms all with en suites. Living space was large enough for our party and then the large deck with plenty of seating. Very quiet also considering we were right on the alley. Highly recommend.

Awesome property and location!

This property was an amazing place to stay! Dawson was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The property was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our group and was decorated beautifully. It was a short walk to lower Broadway! Definitely will stay here again!

Nashville Fun 2024

We were 3 couples coming to Nashville to see Chris Stapleton at the Bridgestone Arena. This condo was PERFECT! The beauty and comfort of it…the location…the amenities…each couple had their own bedroom with on suite bathroom…the balcony and the outside furniture…PERFCT! Communication with the host was great and answered quickly! Highly recommend the Majestic Lofts! ❤️❤️

Family and friend Nash getaway

This is a great property and the host goes above and beyond with extras. They have thought of everything from extra chargers to bottled waters to suitcase stands. Very clean and accommodating with early check in and late check out. Nice decor, fun area with large balcony. Would recommend to my friends.

Best spot in Nashville

We all can't say enough about this perfect spot in Nashville. The photos don't show it off to it's full potential. Clean, spacious and well appointed. It has everything you'll need for your stay in Nashville. This great location offers a balcony overlooking Printers Ally, with easy access to bars, restaurants and late night snacks. Easy walk to downtown and other Nashville must see's & do's. Our group was comfortable and very secure. I'd give 10 stars if it was available!

50th birthday couples trip

Our group cannot say enough good things about this property. It is immaculate, well apportioned, and is managed by very thoughtful hosts. The location is central. One night we were able to sit on the balcony and listen to some amazing blues music and chill. Within walking distance to Broadway, lots of good restaurants, and within a $10-15 Uber to desired neighborhoods like the Gulch and 12 South. Will stay here again. Cheers!
