Iguana vacation rentals

Beautiful beach - 1.5 mile of walking beach between the rock outcroppings. Water sparkles. Famous surf breaks, but other than Colorado's the breaks are not busy. Second floor unit has great balcony views, neighbors were quiet. Very peaceful location at north end of beach. House is good, location is special. If you are looking for a more "civilized" stay in remote Nica, this will fit better than the other Nica surf towns nearby. If you are looking for more rustic, "authentic" Nica stay this may be a little too tourist feel - the food and stores feeling a bit North American by comparison. This is NOT a luxury resort town comparable to EU or AM, but is a bit lux compared to other Nica destinations 2 hours from Managua. You will have no problem if you don't speak Spanish.

Great house and great time! We rented the place for a 40th birthday party for a group of friends and everything was exactly as advertised in the photos. Communications from the host by email (before we were in country) and Whats App (once in the country) were super easy / responsive. Opting into the additional meal service was a huge time / hassle saver, and I'd highly recommend. I'd encourage the hosts to add some patio furniture or a second hammock to the upstairs porch, but would absolutely stay here again even without that change.

We had a great stay at Iguana Hacienda. The location on the beach is amazing. You can walk right onto the beach. Overall the place was great. There is a few things that I wish I knew beforehand. One of the bedrooms is an open room with no door to close. It would have been nice to know that in the description. There were a few minor things like water pressure in the showers being very low, but not sure much can be done about that. We loved are stay and would go back to the same area again.

My son and I stayed here for our annual summer surf trip. It was perfect for us. Communication with the host was great.

I rented this sweet studio to get some peace and quiet and privacy while visiting and hanging with a large group of family also renting nearby and it was just perfect! Beautifully appointed, well thought out, super clean, and excellent location right on the Panga Drops break. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, beach. Many beaches close to it as well. Truly beach front. Very nice house and property manager was super attentive. Great experience
