Nestled into a little cove, 3322 Fairway Oaks offers complete tranquility and new renovations. The spacious and open living room connects to a beautiful enclosed Florida room and the kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The primary suite has a king bed, full bathroom and cozy sitting room with a high-definition TV overlooking the patio area. A grill is located in the enclosed front courtyard and high-speed Wifi is available for guest's use.
Golfers will appreciate the close proximity to Oak Marsh, the resort's 18-hole, 6,500-yard golf course with a par of 72. A classic Pete Dye-designed golf course, it is known for its narrow fairways and intimate greens.
Just around the corner from our villa is the stunning Landmark Oak, one of four massive, old growth oak trees singled out by the developers to be preserved in the resort.
The quiet, idyllic beaches are about a mile away and can be reached by a short car ride or 8-minute bike ride. Relax with your toes in the sand and listen to the ocean waves crashing! When you're ready to cool off poolside, the Fairway Oaks complex provides residents and guests two private pools to choose from.
For those travelers that like to stay active, there are six miles of walking trails within the gated AIP resort. Explore all the resort parks and playgrounds, or visit the restaurants, shops, and spa services offered by the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Guests can also venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 20 minutes north by car.
Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
