**Welcome to Our Cozy Cottage Retreat!**

Nestled just 200 steps from our beautiful community beach, this charming cottage is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to unwind by the pond or engage in outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing and swimming, you’ll find plenty to enjoy here. In the summer, fire up the BBQ on our deck and bask in the sun, or gather around the firepit in the evenings. Winter transforms the landscape into a wonderland where you can ice skate on our pond or cozy up by the electric fireplace indoors.

**Connectivity Meets Comfort**

While you’re surrounded by nature, stay connected with Wi-Fi and smart TVs featuring Netflix. Perfect for a couple or a small family, our cottage accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. We welcome one dog per reservation (up to 75 pounds) for a non-refundable fee of $50.

Our open-concept living room features a dining area and a flat-screen smart TV, complete with games and an inviting ambiance from the electric fireplace.

**Bedrooms and Bath**

- **Master Bedroom:** Enjoy a queen-size bed and a small desk for remote work.
- **Second Bedroom:** Perfect for kids, this room has a bunk bed with a twin and full-size mattress.

Our bathroom includes a shower (no tub) with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. A washer/dryer is available.

**Kitchen Essentials**

The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with an air fryer, microwave, and coffee machines (both regular and Keurig). We provide basic supplies like tea, coffee, cream, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, and paper towels. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher, so consider bringing disposable items for convenience.

**Outdoor Enjoyment**

Our backyard, open to the woods. Enjoy grilling in the summer, but please remember to clean up afterwards. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent and firewood (available nearby) for a cozy evening by the fire.

**Convenient Check-In and Policies**

- **Check-In:** Experience contactless, keyless entry. Access codes will be emailed on the morning of check-in.
- **Pets:** Prior approval is required for pets.
- **Parking:** Space for 2 cars is available; please park in front of or beside the cottage and please do not block the street.
- **Security:** Our property is monitored by a security camera at the front, respecting your privacy indoors.

Explore historic landmarks like Searles Castle and enjoy recreational activities at Cobbett's Pond, perfect for boating and ice skating.
