Beach House w/Pool & 2 Golf Carts. WALK TO BEACH

Our home is quite unique as it is extremely close to the beach (1/4 mile) and sits on the windy hill marsh with bird, fish & turtle activity. It has its very own private patio/pool/jacuzzi tub which is right off the main level of the home and has tons of seating, an outdoor kitchen and best of all incredible views. It has 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with their own bathroom & Smart TV. Enjoy our 2 golf carts for local restaurants, barefoot landing or trips to the beach. Come make lasting memories!
This is a private home a 3 car garage and plenty of parking. It has every available option you could think of: Two free Golf carts with private golf cart parking at beach access locations, Outdoor kitchen with grill, patio with seating for 25+ & electric privacy screens, Pool/5-person Hot Tub, fully equipped kitchen with everything (blender, wine cooler, utensils, spices, induction heat cooktop, coffee maker-both Keurig and standard and a Nespresso vertuo coffee maker, pots/pans, etc. etc. ) Living area that comfortably seats 11 people + small kids with a Smart TV. High speed internet, private separate living/sleep area w/kitchenette that is absolutely wonderful for the kids and even has a 410 game 2 player arcade as well as a brand new Playstation 5 with games, Elevator, 4 master bedrooms each with their own bathroom and Smart TV, 2 pack-n-plays, 2 high chairs and gates for the stairs.
NOTE: during the very cold winter days the heated pool can only get up to the low 70's, during warmer winter days it gets up to 85deg. The pool heat gets turned off after May 15th but can be turned back on for an additional fee.
Our home in North Myrtle Beach is Golf Cart friendly. We provide two golf carts. We suggest leaving your car keys in the house and using the golf carts to go EVERYWHERE, Barefoot Landing is right across the street and has so many restaurants and activities to do that is perfect to drive the golf carts to. We also have a few ride on toys for the toddlers, bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, 3 coolers and a 410 game arcade system.
At times, we're local and staying in North Myrtle Beach to respond in person if necessary. We also have a maintenance manager readily available if ever needed. Regardless of where we are physically, we're always just a email, text or phone call away. We pride ourselves in having a super fast response rate. Our goal is for our guests to have a 5-star stay.
You are in the most popular & sought after Myrtle Beach Neighborhood. We are an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach, barefoot landing and tons of restaurants/shops. There is also a public playground just one street over. Spend your day on the beach, shopping or just relaxing by the pool. This home is in a quiet neighborhood & North Myrtle Beach has a noise ordinance that is enforced from 11p.m. to 7a.m. So during those hours please be respectful of the neighborhood.
Our home in North Myrtle Beach is Golf Cart friendly. We provide one golf cart but there are many places to rent another. There is a starbucks coffee shop within a short 2 minute walk or 20 second golf cart ride. Barefoot Landing is right across the street and has tons of restaurants, docks, activities, etc all accessible via golf carts. There is a wonderful ice cream shop just a few minutes via golf cart ride away. The beach is only 2/10th of a mile walk and takes the golf carts "with pre-paid/free golf cart parking" less than 30 seconds to get there.

Our property is listed on both the major vacation rental websites as well as direct booking.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our rental agreement/house rules/liability waivers and send a photo ID in order to use the golf carts. These are required when booking our property and you will not have access to the house until they are provided.

Disclaimer: we do have a active video recording devices on the outside of our home such as a ring doorbell and ring camera. These are there for security reasons to monitor the property especially when not in use. Our devices are on the outside of the home and there are no devices on the inside of the home.
