Gem of a Home

A perfect home for a wonderful stay. Only accolades, no complaints. The home is comfortable, well stocked, beautifully appointed, and in a lovely family neighborhood. Should we be in the area again, we will definitely return.

Stay was Too Short due to the Weather!

The property was wonderful, exactly as described and very convenient. Very clean and comfortable, and the pool was a good size. Great property! There was a city park with a basketball court and pickleball courts just up the street. The beach was less than half a mile away. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 nites, due to the inclement weather from the hurricane hitting Florida and the flooding predicted for this area.

Sunshine

This was place was very nice, clean, and had everything you needed there. The pool was awesome and definite advantage, where you could just float around all day. Located just a few walking blocks to the beach as well. The owner was super nice and helpful with any issue we had. Loved it!! Will definitely be back again for sure :)

Great beach house rental in IOP

This is an awesome beach house, a few blocks away from the beach and the dog park. Great for families and pets, with a pool and a completely fenced in yard. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and plenty of towels are provided. The house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Communicating with the host was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

House was in perfect location for my family, which included 2 teen boys. Park directly across the street was perfect for pickleball/ basketball. Location of house is only a couple blocks from beach. We rented a golf cart which made loading/ unloading at beach easy as well as running around island. House is well equipped with basic essentials. The pool was a great bonus to relax after spending day at beach. Only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses as they were noisy every time you moved in the bed. Will definitely look to rent again.

Would stay again

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning to catch the sunrise. Its a quick 5 to7 minute walk. The house was great. Lots of space with 2 living room areas, large dining room table perfect for playing games, and the kitchen was well equipment with everything you need to cook. There was also a grill available. The yard was completely fenced in so that was perfect for our dog.

Nice beach getaway

The location of the house was great, close to beach and steps from the park. The owner lives next door and was available for questions if needed. Nicely appointed house, only meaningful comment is the master bed mattress was squeaky as could be!

Great location to the beach

House was comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard. Private pool was nice but the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy it. Close to all the great restaurants! Will definitely come back!! IOP is a great beach island!!

Best Fall Break

This was the perfect house for our family of five and our three doggies! Everything was in immaculate condition when we arrived and was well stocked. The house was close enough to the beach to walk and right across from the park. With the fenced back yard we were able to let our dogs run and play. The owners were amazing and we will definitely be renting from them again.

Details Matter

We loved the set-up. The home was equipped with everything we needed & more. We especially loved the outdoor area & gas grill. Anything we needed from a lighter for the grill to scissors and coffee filters...everything was easily accessible and made our stay feel like home.

Fabulous Home

This is a lovely very spacious home. You couldn't beat the pool after a long hot day at the beach, so refreshing. It has everything we needed and more. We did rent a golf cart for trips to the beach (with elderly parents) and just to zip around the island. The neighborhood is great and we would definitely stay here again.

A Family Gem in the IOP

We had the best time in IOP and this house and the accommodations were wonderful. Ryan and Sonya are gracious hosts and were prompt to answer any questions we had. Loved the short walk to the beach AND having a private pool. This was our third time staying at this location. It won’t be our last…..thank you Ryan and Sonya!

Great Spot

This house ticked a lot of boxes for us. Spacious, clean, bright, comfortable with a secure fenced in back yard for our pup! The house is set on a quiet street across from the town rec center....basketball, baseball and pickle ball courts. A lot of wide open space. Its an easy 8 minute walk to the white sand beach and far away from the crowded downtown beach. (side note* Day Drinkers beware...we witnessed the Beach Police on ATVs ticketing beach goers with alcohol) The house is well stocked with plenty of linens, pillows, towels, dishes etc. The kitchen is very workable, the fridge is on the small side but clean. No ice maker or ice cube trays. The coffee maker is a Keurig that will work with K cups or ground coffee and plenty of filters on hand. A big dining room table seats 8 as well as a big table out on the patio that also seats 8. There are 2 nice sitting areas with large TVs, both very comfortable spaces. Our biggest complaint was the extremely uncomfortable and very noisy bed in the ensuite bedroom. Fortunately, we were just a party of 2 and could move into the second bedroom with a better bed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers that were nice and clean. BYO... Dish towels (there was nothing to dry dishes with beyond paper towels) Kleenex and bar soap (there is plenty of hand soap) And pick up a bag of ice for drinks Overall a great VRBO experience!

Perfect for vacationing with my dogs

Everything was just as just as it was described. We were a quick walk to the beach which was open from 7 AM to 9 AM for the dogs to run freely the beach there was clean and beautiful. The park across from the house had just been finished the basketball courts pickle ball, playground and baseball fields were all very nice. There is a dog yard behind the playground, which was great for the dogs everything was within a minute walk. The house was newly renovated the appliances were new in the kitchen, and the kitchen had about everything we needed , the showers were clean and very nice for the most part the house was clean and very comfortable. The only improvement should be the beds they were comfortable just noisy if you turned from one side to another. We would stay again!
