Pantry contains spices and other items for your use. Some beach chairs and sand toys in shed. Some bikes for use found in the cellar, along with a ping pong table, magnetic dart board, hockey table, and punching bag. For the price, this house is a bargain!
There’s a door at the bottom of the upstairs for extra privacy. Every bedroom has a closet, and a dresser for each bed. Enjoy our family room with dining area, large fireplace, and screened-in porch attached. Bright and breezy kitchen. Private backyard. outdoor shower, fire-pit, and shed for storage.
Walk to beautiful, family-oriented, Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay with warm water swimming, tidal flats for walking, snack bar, bath-house and beautiful sunsets. Quaint center of town within a mile or so from restaurants, groceries, mini-golf, ice-cream, shopping and more. Town hosts a team in the popular Cape Cod Baseball League. About 1 mile to deep sea fishing at Rock Harbor. Cape Cod Bike Trail is about ½ mile away and is the mid-point of the 24 mile trail. About 3 miles to Nauset Beach on the ocean side. Short distance to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Lower-Cape location provides easy access to cinemas, whale watching, art galleries, theaters, golf courses and more between Provincetown and Hyannis.
