Luxury apartment with a view of the harbour

This luxury 130 square meter 3 bedroom apartment is in a brand new building. There are two full bathrooms which is rather rare in one floor apartments in Iceland. The first one has a shower and the other one comes with both a shower and a bath tub. The apartment is stylishly furnished on the 5th floor with a great view of the harbour and mount Esja. The view from the living room over the harbour is amazing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and essential spices at your disposal along with complimentary tea and coffee. There is an extra room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also free parking on the right side of the building. The harbour area behind the building is up and coming with many restaurants to choose from along with a wonderful ice cream store. Close by are several grocery shops and a pharmacy. There is an elevator in the building. Last but not least a high speed free wireless internet for you to enjoy

Spacious apartment

Amazing Apartment

Amazing views over Reykjavík port. It was a spacious living accommodation, and was only a 10 min walk into Reykjavík city centre. It had large windows which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights out of it! Overall, a perfect stay!

Brilliant apartment

We would highly recommend this apartment, great views of the harbour with everything you could possibly need. Property manager has given great thought to the details of the surrounding area, very helpful recommendations and easy to communicate with. We had a n amazing stay and will stay again when we visit Iceland

Beautiful property in excellent location!

The apartment is huge - 3 good sized double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living area and kitchen - which made it a great place to relax and spend time together. The property was very clean throughout and was well decorated/furnished. We received a bundle of useful information covering how to use everything and where to find good local restaurants and how to book tours etc. The apartment was very conveniently located for all the main sights and there is a pick up point for tours (Golden Circle etc) just across the road. We were there for New Year and the view of the fireworks going off across the city was incredible! We would all strongly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Lovely Reykjavik Apartment in a great location.

Myself and 5 special friends have just returned from a 4 night stay in Reykjavik. The Apartment was in a great location near to the Old Harbour. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the huge picture window was fabulous both during the day and at night. The only negative thing I can comment on was the bathroom floors. They hadn't been cleaned properly and we found hair and dust in the corners. The rest of the Apartment was clean, well furnished and warm. The instructions and information about how to gain access to the Apartment was excellent. We ate out at the Market Grill Restaurant which was expensive but exceptional. The Red Fish we chose at the Icelandic Fish and Chip Restaurant was highly recommended by our Icelandic Tour Guide (Baldwin) and he was spot on, another delicious meal. The Blue Lagoon was a brilliant experience as was the Golden Circle day tour. The Northern Lights Tour was expensive, started too late in my opinion and was very underwhelming. Maybe we were just unlucky. Reykjavic really is a wonderful City with plenty to see and explore. The Icelandic People are most welcoming and clearly love their beautiful Country.

Fantastic Apartment

We have just returned from Reykjavik, we stayed at this beautiful apartment. Sjonni was great, he answered emails quickly, offered recommendations of places to eat and tours to take. The information we received before we arrived was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, the view from the lounge window is stunning. Kitchen is well equipped although we only cooked breakfast there. Bedrooms were all of a good size. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. When we go back to Iceland we will definitely try to stay here again. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket just around the corner.

One of our very favorite apartments in Iceland

Located in the most wonderful neighborhood in Reykjavik this clean, comfortable apartment is adorned with beautiful modern art and the views out the windows are stunning. Communication with management was great. I'm ready to buy this place and live here forever.

Perfect apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult parents + 2 adult children). Centrally located at the harbor...great views, great sunlight. Easy walk to main shopping area. Easy access to highways for day trips. Nice coffee shop / bakery (Brikk) across the street. Our host Sjonni was beyond responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot.

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! From the beginning the owner was always in contact with us and extremely easy to work with. The apartment itself was very clean and had the best location to walking into town or being down by the harbor. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group. We had the best week in Iceland and would rent here again!

Spacious Apartment with an Amazing View!

The apartment was plenty spacious for our family. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining and family room areas, with wonderful views of the marina, water and mountains. Sjonni was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend taking a private, customized tour with Jenny & Sibylle (we did the Golden Circle and South Coast tours). Also, highly recommend the Coocoo's Nest restaurant, Brikk bakery (across the street), FlyOver Iceland and the Lava Center. We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! :)

Great stay over Christmas

Great location, very easy to get around within walking distance to downtown. The apartment is clean and spacious, it has all the essentials we needed during our stay. Sigurjón was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Great Stay

We just got back from our stay in Iceland at Reykjavik 101. From the very beginning there was great communication with the owner Sjonni. Clear instructions were provided on how to gain access to the unit with great info provided ahead of arrival. The unit was spotless-clean, spacious for our girls trip (6 of us) and it has a fantastic view (and balcony) overlooking the harbor which I loved. Amazing bakery across the street. Easy to get to the shopping area of Reykjavík, grocery etc. I will definitely be referring friends and family to stay here. Thanks Sjonni for everything—stay was perfect.

Great location!

This apartment is a great location to explore Reykjavik. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The candy and local postcard on the beds is a lovely touch. The air circulation could be better, as it is difficult to cool down the apartment. Sjonni's communication was great, very responsive, and even sent a welcome check-in email. This is someone who truly cares about the experience you have when you stay here! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Reykjavik!

Fantastic location and stay!

This property was great! We stayed with our 2 older daughters. Plenty of room and very clean! It’s proximity to the Old Harbour, restaurants and activities is great! I have been renting out apartments for 14 years and been trying in that time to have them all in the same area which is both close to the centre and the harbour area. This is the area where I live my self.

I worked as a glacier guide for a few years in Skaftafell national park. I also own a gallery on the street parallel to the main street.

I bought this property because it has a very high ceiling great view and 2 bathrooms

Having 2 bathrooms on the same floor is not that very common here in Iceland and the view is great.
