Great place to relax and enjoy the amenities!

I had friends stay here from another country. They had an absolute blast. Especially loved the rooftop deck and pickle ball court!

PHENOMENAL

The property was MORE than advertised! Our family consisted of people from SC, TX, CA, NM, & OK. We were so pleased with the property and amenities-even the parking was more than enough. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities and extras. It was clean. One of our family members was so impressed, she plans to suggest this property to her Boss for their (small) District Meeting. This was the best VRBO experience we've ever had and we all commented we would rent this again if in the Dallas area.

Family Compound for Wedding Weekend

THE PERFECT TEXAN ADVENTURE

Heritage House was perfect for our bachelorette weekend in Texas. The owners were extremely friendly and ensured the easiest check-in / out process. I highly recommend this property for any family, friend, or celebration getaway!!

Girls Pickleball trip

The house said it slept 14 which it did, but it did not have enough towels for everyone. There was no soap or shower gel in either shower. It was the worse stocked kitchen ever. I think there were maybe 6 coffee mugs. We cooked one night and it was very difficult with the limited amount of utensils, big enough pots and pans and dinnerware. but Not enough seating at the 1 dining table. You should have folding chairs or something you can bring in to the table for the 14 people staying there. The pool was a mess and filled with leaves, but I guess there’s not much you could’ve done about that The bedroom on the first floor is either missing slats or boxspring and needs replaced

Great family gathering spot

Convenient to both airports and conveniently located for visitors in the metroplex. Impressive, updated old home with great amenities if you are looking to entertain family members. Kids (and adults) love the pool and yard games. Those looking to stay out of the heat had plenty of places to sit and visit indoors.

Phenomenal home!

I booked this place for my sister's bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! Everyone was so impressed with the house with all the amenities and decor. Austin was a fantastic host and was quick to answer any questions I had. Checking in and out was extremely easy too. The property is beautiful, saw some bunnies and a raccoon! We all felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved how close it is to everything! We would most definitely book this location again and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay near Dallas and Fort Worth!

Fantastic Stay

The whole stay was great! If I had a question Austin responded to it immediately. The house was super clean when we arrived and a perfect fit for our weekend activities. The pool was such a great bonus as well every was perfect!

Thee BEST rental property ever!

First off, Austin was an amazing host. Very responsive, professional and flexible to our needs and accommodations. The HOUSE!! OMG...we had our family reunion here and it was the most amazing location for us to celebrate. Everything you need to entertain your guest is at this house! From parking, space, bedding, sitting areas, necessities, you name it, it's in this home. I have already received many inquiries for this property for future stays. I need a cut AustinLOL just kidding. 10/10 for sure!

This was a team building trip for our admin team. The house was perfect! Communication with the owners was awesome, super quick to respond. The outdoor amenities were top notch! We are already planning our stay here for next years trip!

Lovely home

Home was lovely ! Very nice and spacious. We had 10 people and it was more than enough .everything we went to was with 20 min drive . Only suggestions is more wash cloths for larger groups and note there is 2/3 different WiFi’s in the house since it’s so big . Other than that everything went smoothly . We will be returning!

80th Birthday party with family and friends

This was a beautifully restored ranch house. We were celebrating my sister’s 80th birthday, which also fell on the day of the total eclipse. The house was amazing and included a pool, hot tub and a pickle ball court. We would recommend the Heritage House with no hesitation to any large party. The owners are very helpful and it was easy to communicate with them. Every person in our party raved about what a great time they had.

Best ever

Omg. BEST EVER EXPERIENCE!!! I can’t say enough good things about this house ! He actually allows small gatherings and we had a small luncheon after a funeral! The house has so many cool sitting areas that everyone got to sit together and enjoy each other’s time. It honestly is a magical house! The back yard is over and above……we sat out around the fire pit and once again got to enjoy each other …. Laughing and sharing stories! I also want to tell you about the owner !! Super easy to work with and very accommodating!! I would recommend this house all day long. We are going back over summer to enjoy the back yard some more !! Great house for everyone and every situation!! Best ever !!!

Christmas staycation

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed for a large crowd at Christmas. It was decorated perfect. It had something for everyone. The hot tub for adults was amazing after a long day of cooking. And the kids had plenty to do along as well as a 2 yrs old with games. Lots of space for everyone. The guest house came in handy as well. Every aspect of this property was well done. Thank you all again!!

Bachelorette Weekend

This property was beyond stunning! We had 9 women for a bachelorette party weekend and we all had plenty of space. Beautiful view from the third floor and the guest hoise was very comfortable. This house has so much charm and elegance. Austin was amazing and very responsive. We are already planning a couples trip back to this property!

Great place for groups!

We rented this place for a family reunion and it was very well-suited for the occasion. Everyone had plenty of space in the bedrooms, and also plenty of spaces to gather on the property - both inside and out. The pool area and outside kitchen were a highlight. We didn't cook out there, but it was nice to have dinner outside by the pool. It's very close to airport and grocery stores, restaurants, etc are very close by.

First off, there is so much space all to yourself, Whether you are on the rooftop, swimming in the pool, cooking by the outdoor kitchen, tanning in a lounger, relaxing in the hot tub, in one of the many beautiful rooms, or sitting in the sunroom overlooking the property there is just so much to offer. Its rich in history being built in the early 1920s with a modern flare and ammenities. Its also centrally located just 5 min from DFW airport. 20 min from Dallas or Fort Worth and just 8 min to Historical Main St Grapevine. There are dozens of shops and restaurants within minutes of this property and I hope you enjoy with your friends and family as much as I have.
