Family winter fun

The house was perfect for our family of 13, ages 5-66 to gather and enjoy a winter weekend in Lake Geneva. We all found the home to be beautiful, comfortable and a real treat.

Perfect house and location

If you are looking for a beautiful large house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and in walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and shops, this is it. We had a group of 10 friends and it was great to have enough beds that no one had to share. The house was so well stocked - plenty of towels, soap, sheets, blankets, and they even had coffee. We appreciated having long tables that we could all sit at together for a meal. Check-in and out was easy. The owners have clearly thought of everything that people would need for a lovely stay in Lake Geneva. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect spot!

Perfect location… very short walk to the downtown area. The house is large, clean and very well stocked. Maureen was very responsive to our questions and the checkin/check out process couldn’t have been more simple!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Excellent home for a larger group - clean and spacious, with a beautiful, private backyard. Steps from the lake! We had a wonderful stay and Maureen our host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Family Celebration in Lake Geneva

Our stay at Moore Manor was totally what we were hoping for. All of our objectives were met. We had a great time in Lake Geneva and enjoyed the house and all of its many amenities. We highly recommend staying here if planning a quality vacation in the area.

Perfect getaway home

This home was perfect for our girls get away. Lots of space, no one felt cramped. Great areas to gather and visit and laugh. Well stocked. Host was super responsive and helpful with questions! Would love to stay again!

Great Experience

Our family stayed at Moore Manor for my son’s wedding weekend. The house was amazing and is an easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home has all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the lovely screened porch and gathered around the fire pit in the private back yard. Plenty of parking. Host Maureen was very responsive and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

College sorority reunion

The location was excellent. Close to the lake, lakefront path and the downtown area. The back porch and communal areas were all wonderful to hang out in and catch up with old friends. More than enough towels available to use. I wish there were more showers, but we somehow managed as we didn't have tight schedules. I can't imagine 19 people staying there as with 12, we were pretty tight. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time with family. The house was as expected with plenty of room. The street in front can be noisy when sitting in rockers on front porch, but overall great vacation home

Clean, Big and Centrally-Located

This house was perfect for a group of 15 people. There was more than enough room and beds for everyone that came to stay. The location made it very easy to walk everywhere downtown. Maureen was an amazing host and made sure the house was spotless when we checked in, and made for the easiest check out I've ever experienced!

Moore House is Fabulous

Honestly, this is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. It accommodated our family of 4 adults & 2 children so comfortably. This older Victorian house is in perfect shape & very well maintained. The location is perfect & we were able to walk to the beach & downtown Lake Geneva. Maureen is a wonderful host & everything was as advertised.

Great Place!

Maureen was very responsive and had a great experience there with our college church group. The house is old so it is a bit drafty in some places but plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy. They thought of almost everything. Thanks Maureen!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful, spacious and a perfect location...walking distance to everything. We gathered for a girls family weekend. There was 14 of us and had plenty of space to gather as a group. We will definately be back!
