Great property amazing location. 55 plus community. With all the amenities at 4 rec centers, For a very small fee to SCW rec center. Must book 14 days or more to have access. Recreation center offers amazing indoor and outdoor pools tennis courts bocce ball courts , billiards room with 25 tables. Amazing fitness center, and a full size bowling alley and so much more. You will have so many things to do and enjoy.

Beautifully laid out Tuscan Santa Barbara style house. Beautiful backyard with large covered patio with table for 8 fire pit and grill.
Beautiful upscale furniture inside. Both bedrooms are off the side of the house which makes it very private. This house is great for 2 couples. The neighborhood is immaculate. Very safe and shopping is very convenient within one mile.

The garage is only available for one car. Parking for another car out front.
