Loon Cove Retreat on beautiful Balch Lake
Come vacation at this cozy lake house in a quiet loon cove on beautiful Balch Lake.
There is an open concept living-dining-kitchen area plus two Queen bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. A wall of windows give sweeping views of the lake and a deck has additional outdoor dining table and Weber grill. Downstairs is fully finished with a large family room and another bedroom with a Queen and twin, and ½ bath. There are two more twins, trundles and futon in living area.
The downstairs is perfect for kids/teens to hang out with a separate TV, and both board and video games. You'll have a beautiful view of the lake from almost any vantage point in the home. You are just a few steps down to a spacious open deck and brand new dock with lots of seating/umbrellas right on the lake. Fishing off the dock and a quiet cove away from boat traffic for young swimmers, paddlers and floaters! Shallow sandy entry area with steps for lake access. Amenities include beach towels, washer/dryer, microwave/toaster/toaster oven, Keurig , gas and solo stove fire pits, gas grills, canoe, kayak, SUPs, lilly pad, central air/heat, high speed internet, PS4, TV in both common living spaces with streaming.

2 hours from Boston. 25 minutes from Wolfeboro, 55 minutes from North Conway, one hour to Portland. Motorboat not included, but there is space to bring your own boat.
