Casa de Suenos è la nostra seconda casa progettato su misura, che si trova in Pedregal, Cabo quartiere esclusivo e recintato adiacente al centro e il quartiere di lusso marina. La nostra casa è stata costruita alle nostre specifiche e terminato nel febbraio 2010. È dotato di 3600 'di piastrelle di lusso, granito e interior design personalizzato, con mobili su misura e biancheria da letto.

Il nostro 1000 piedi quadrati patio con vista mozzafiato sul porto turistico, oceano e Medano Beach e dispone di una piscina privata, idromassaggio, cucina esterna con un pozzo tv e del gas del fuoco.

La camera da letto è grande e ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno padronale, balcone con viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e vista porto turistico.

Situato sullo stesso livello come la camera da letto è una suite 2 letto matrimoniale. Due camere da letto (una con due letti matrimoniali e una con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato) si trovano al livello della piscina della Casa, insieme con il soggiorno e spaziosa cucina gourmet.

Il soggiorno e zona pranzo espansiva dispongono di un gruppo di porta di vetro a tutta larghezza scomparsa, consentendo libero accesso alla zona living all'aperto, con la piscina, centro benessere, pozzo del fuoco e barbecue - il tutto con una vista spettacolare sul porto e sull'oceano.

La nostra casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada dai campi da tennis ($ 10 / ora) e del Pedregal fantastico Bistro & Sushi Restaurant.

Altri ristoranti Pedregal nelle vicinanze includono il Beach Club a Capella Pedregal, cucina raffinata di don Manuel, El Farallon (specializzato in frutti di mare) e La Cima, che si trova in cima di Pedregal Mountain. Inoltre, gli incredibili ristoranti del centro di Cabo San Lucas e la zona del porto sono a pochi minuti di distanza dalla nostra casa.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Los Cabos, in Pedregal, e vanta una posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia. Marina Del Rey e Golf Club Quivira sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. A livello naturalistico, invece, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Baia di Cabo San Lucas e Playa del Amor. Anche Spiaggia di Santa Maria e Museo di Storia Naturale di Cabo San Lucas meritano una visita. Grazie ad attività come moto d'acqua, immersioni subacquee e snorkeling nelle vicinanze, divertirsi in acqua non sarà certo difficile!

On way home now and sad to leave. Location and views of marina were amazing. Pablo and Kristen took good care of us. Uber or taxi access to travel anywhere. Will add it to our “book again” travels.

Cabo Vacation

This rental is located in Pedagrel, the nicest and most upscale area of Cabo. Great house with fantastic views of the beach. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful!! - accommodated our group size - bedrooms were great and beds very comfortable - kitchen was stocked well - pool is small but very enjoyable - pickleball courts are across the street and somewhat loud but we knew that when we rented the house - would definitely return

Wow! Impressive!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vacation. It’s very well equipped with everything that you need. The property manager Kristen was amazing with communication and booking dinner reservations and excursions for us.. Pablo, the Concierge and Gloria(Chef) met us at the house on the first day with a margarita welcome party. Then we had Gloria stay and be our chef for the evening. We were a party of seven and there was so much food left over. The food was beyond delicious and the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for a large family gathering. My only recommendation would be to put the house name (Casa de Sueno’s) somewhere visible on the home. None of the taxi drivers could find us and I had to keep dropping a pin. Which at the end of the day is not a big deal.I would give this gorgeous home 10 stars!

Cabo Thanksgiving

We couldn't be happier with our trip and stay in Casa De Suenos. The home was beautiful and very spacious for 4 couples. Pablo was very attentive from day one and answered any text we had throughout the week immediately. Our transportation and driver service was perfect and took the stress out of worring about getting 8 people to and from activities and dinners. The location was ideal located next to pickleball court and cafe. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 trip!!

Beautiful property and view

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. It worked well for everyone from the children through the seniors. I would highly recommend requesting the pool be heated and pay for this luxury. It was worth every penny. We had a few minor hiccups, as with any property. They were addressed and taken care of promptly.

Family vacation

The property is located in Pedregal which is considered an affluent area. The entrance to the Waldorf Astoria is located just outside the entrance. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. The pool was a bit chilly (January,) but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and appliances. If you don't mind the cobblestone road and hills, walking downtown or to the marina is an option. There is an opening in the cul-de-sac to view the sunset. The oceanview and city lights are beautiful day or night. There is an outdoor cafe at the tennis/ pickleball courts with lovely breakfast and lunch items. Federico was our concierge and was attentive for repairs and supplies. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room.

Casa de Suenos exceeded expectations!

We had an outstanding stay at Casa de Suenos. Was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). All the bed & bath rooms were spacious, but the central living space, patio and pool area was the highlight. The pictures in the listing really don't do justice to the view! Kristen & the property team were very responsive and incredibly helpful coordinating transportation and grocery delivery (HIGHLY recommend this!). Victor met us at check in to show us around and explain everything. Gloria greeted us with warm quesadillas and tasty margaritas. Overall, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood, though there's definitely a bit of noise in the morning from the adjacent pickle ball courts (which we used as well) and during the day from construction across the valley. Neither affected our enjoyment of the house though. Super easy to call an Uber to go downtown for dinner and enjoy all Cabo has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic stay - we will certainly be looking to come back!

The house, location, and view are all 5 stars! This was SO comfortable for a family of 8. We loved being right across from Pickle Ball & the courtside cafe! Also the view was just incredible. Can't wait to book again!

The perfect place for a family

Wonderful Celebration

We stayed at Casa de Suenos with friends and family to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The house is beautiful and is in a great location, close to downtown and the beach at Pedregal is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, everything was a 5!

Wonderful Property

Casa de Suenos was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, with good amenities and a fantastic deck with pool, hot tub, and a view of the ocean! Kristen and Denny were professional, helpful, and responsive by email. A few things to note: The property manager, Kristen is not able to access messages within the VRBO app, email is better. There are two golden retrievers that live next door and they bark a lot during the day and night- if you have a light sleeper in your party, don’t put them in the bedroom closest to that house. The neighborhood, Pedregal, is gated and difficult for Ubers to get in and to navigate- FYI. We used Felipe (and his team) who was referred to us by Denny, and had a wonderful experience but know it’s $20 USD per ride before 4pm and $5 USD/per person after 4:00pm. This is comparable to Uber and Taxis plus Felipe and his team know Pedregal very well, are recognized by the folks at the gate, the cars are clean and safe, all the drivers are professional, prompt, and communicative. I would highly recommend! If I return to Cabo and decide to stay in Pedregal, I would absolutely stay at Casa de Suenos again- my whole family had a wonderful experience!

Love the house.

This home was well appointed. Everything was as stated on the listing. The views were amazing, the pool and deck area was perfect. We had a lousy captain for fishing, stay away from "Real Busy". We should have had our property manager book the fishing trip instead we walked the marina to book a boat and we basically got hosed. Our property manager booked our ATV tour and it was excellent.

Welcome to our home away from home. We live in California and have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for 40 years so we finally decided to purchase a home here. We absolutely love everything about Cabo and spend a lot of time here. We have 5 kids from the ages of 13 to 33 and live a very active life. We are a very close family that loves all sports from surfing, golfing to hockey. We also love hanging out on the beach relaxing in the Cabo sun.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Cabo San Lucas has incredible weather, beaches, restaurants and activities. The golf is amazing and Cabo is conveniently located by direct flight from many cities in the USA. Cabo is on the Mountain time zone, which makes flights convenient and avoids jet-lag. Our home is located in secure, gated, quiet and exclusive Pedregal, just minutes from downtown and the marina.
