If you’re looking for a charming private Tahoe setting which is also close to restaurants, grocery store and conveniences this 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a hot tub is for you! The property is .3 of mile from the Sunnyside Resort located on a private cul-de-sac with vacant lots on either side (Tahoe Conservancy Lots) which afford privacy and magnificent lake views from almost every room in the house. As you drive up the driveway from the street you will arrive at a large parking pad in front of the house that provides off street parking for 4-5 cars and a level entrance into the main floor of the cabin.

JUNE-SEPTEMBER- Sit on the large wraparound deck or in the hot tub and enjoy privacy and sunshine all day. Walk 1/3 mile to the private Tahoe Park Homeowners Beach and the famous Sunnyside Resort. The Tahoe Park beach provides a half mile of lake front with two piers , a buoy field, swim area, lawns, BBQ's, picnic tables, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and kayak storage. Reserve a picnic table or buoy with the friendly staff. Convenient bike and hiking trails to nearby Paige Meadows from the property.

NOVEMBER-APRIL- Enjoy the lake views as you warm your feet in the cozy living room in front of the floor to ceiling fireplace. Sit in the deluxe hot tub after a day on the slopes. For ski enthusiasts the Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley ski resorts are less than 15 minutes away. Convenient garage access is available for storing ski equipment, wake boards, beach equipment, etc.

Friends weekend

We have been coming to the Northwest side of Tahoe for a girls weekend for many years. This cabin was the best one we have stayed in! The view was amazing. The best was the wrap around porch with new comfortable furniture. We loved eating meals and having our morning coffee outside with that view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The HOA beach was a plus and easy to get to. We will be coming back next year!!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I chose this property for our family vacation for the views and proximity to all the things we love to do on the North Shore and it did not disappoint! As soon as you get out of your car you can see the glorious glimmer of the lake. The house is tastefully decorated and welcoming. Each bedroom has a restful vibe and is a quiet place to get away from the group. Enjoying coffee every morning on the wraparound porch while taking in the sounds and scenery of nature was just what I needed from this vacation and it was perfect! Can’t wait to book another trip t!lake.

Relaxing retreat

We loved our stay here and will be back. The layout was excellent for two families (note that there’s no bathroom downstairs - not a problem for kids, but possibly challenging for older folks). The kitchen was stocked incredibly well with cookware, spices, cooking oils, cling wrap, etc. easily available. Mark was fully responsive and very helpful when we were looking for extra bedding. The location gave easy proximity to Tahoe City, Granlibakken and west shore hikes. We’ll be back!

Ski Trip

The living room is cozy and comfortable for all with view of lake and fireplace. Nine of us played games and had one nice dinner in. Walking distance to lake and West Shore Market & Deli. Close enough to Northstar. Close to Gar Woods too! Mark very easy to communicate with and accommodating!

Great place for a family get together

Clean and Cozy

The house had a fully supplied kitchen. All the utensils and pots and pans for preparing a family meal. Outside grill and Hot Tub worked great. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property

Great Great House

This house was absolutely perfect. What gorgeous views from this house. This house also has great parking and the access to get into the main floor of the house. It is perfect if you have someone challenged by stairs. Which we did. The host Mark was great. Thank you very much. I would definitely rent your place if we go back to Tahoe.

Overall a great stay

We stayed here for a weekend in May and were very happy with the experience. Check-in was easy, Mark was very flexible with our check out time and also answered our questions throughout the weekend. The location was perfect! It was close to everything and we even got a recommendation for a boat tour from Mark which worked out great for the group. Overall, highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a fantastic week at the cabin. There was plenty of room for our group of five adults. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it to cook several meals. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub nearly every day. Communication was clear and quick with Mark the owner. We were even able to request an extra night at the end of the trip! We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for a great stay :)

Wedding weekend

Beautiful view, great location. Close to lake, shops, restaurants and not far from West Shore Cafe which is where we attended a wedding. Two large downstair bedrooms plus two bedrooms located on main floor provided plenty of space and privacy for us and 3 adult children. Cabin has everything you need. Owner, Mark, responded to all emails/questions immediately.

Great cabin!

This was our second summer staying in this wonderful cabin. Mark, the property manager, was super helpful and very welcoming. The cabin is located in a gorgeous spot and we loved sitting on the deck admiring the lake. This cabin was a perfect rental for our family and we enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Vacation

Woodland Haven

The property is up off the road, giving it a secluded feeling when In actuality it is close to shops, restaurants, recreation and beach access. There are great views of the lake from the deck and living room windows and plenty of comfy seating on both the deck and in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could need and more…plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and glasses for our large group. We loved using the hot tub after a long day’s hike

Perfect weekend in Tahoe

Mark's cabin has it all! We were a smaller group (4 adults and 1 infant), so there was plenty of room. We used the HOA beach (pebbly, not sandy) which was very convenient and really well-maintained. We used the bbq and kitchen essentials for dinner and breakfasts. Nothing was missing! Beautiful view, plenty of parking space, big fridge. We took our recycling back with us as previous guests left so much that there wasn't room in the bear locker. Lastly, we had to move some decorative items out of the way during our stay, as we have a 1- year old, but other than that very kid friendly! Hope to return to the is perfect property!

Awesome Location

Great view from the deck and family room. Two families of 4 stayed very comfortably. We loved the location- close to Tahoe City, Sunnyside, wonderful HOA, close to Chambers and all the places we love in Tahoe. We really want to come back and my 22 year old and 18 year old agree! I got up every morning at 5:30 am and enjoyed the view.
