Amazing stay!!

This was a great family vacation (with young kids). The location was perfect! The house had everything you need and the communication was excellent. We would love to come back and explore the area again!

Great place to stay!

My 5 year old loves the dock and lake to play in all day. It was nice for the adults to have ample seating as she played all day in the water. The host was great and very available.

Cozy Lakeside Cottage

The condo is perfect for 2-4 people. It’s cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The communal deck on the lake was also very nice. There is a swimming area with crystal clear water. It’s a great spot for kids.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the lake. It's in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Clean and convenient.

Property was very well kept and extremely clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was quite q bit smaller than we expected. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one room. There were just two of us, so space was adequate, however, with four or six it would be tight. Dining table small and only has 4 chairs. The second bathroom is nice to have.

My family and I will always remember this beautiful place at the lake. Our oldest daughter was getting married in Franklin New Hampshire we wanted a place to be together as a family and to be able to get to the wedding venue and others places without to much to drive my husband I and my parents and our daughters enjoyed our time very much. We recommend this place so much, so beautiful view of sunsets right from the porch. Thank you.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. There were 4 adults, and it was a bit crowded but worked overall. The bedroom with the 2 single beds was much smaller than the picture looked. If you had kids, this would be perfect. The view was gorgeous. Communication with the host was great. She responded right away.

Clean and comfortable

My stay was too short to say anything about the area but the unit was as described, extremely clean and functional. Lord Hampshire motel shares a parking lot and there are a lot of cottages in very close proximity, which may be good to know for those looking for privacy.

Lake side getaway

We had a great time at Rahna’s condo. Perfect for 4 people, especially 2 kids as the second bedroom is twin beds. The sundeck on the lake was our favorite spot to swim or to just relax with a cocktail. Rahna was in constant contact before and during the trip to make sure all was well. This is a great place if you are planning on seeing a show at the NHB Pavillion as we did, it’s only a 20 minute drive.Thanks Rahna and hopefully we’ll visit again.

Best Girls weekend!

Our little group of 6 had a wonderful long weekend in this fabulous condo! The condo was immaculate and beautiful! Rahna was a wonderful host and immediately responded when I had a question. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Rahna!

Perfect cozy home

We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Rahna and staff. Awesome!

Nice quick getaway

Property was great. Able see lake from couch. Owner was attentive to needs. Unfortunately, neither of us could do anything about the pouring rain. (lol) Maybe return when weather is warmer and can take advantage of all amenities.

Just Perfect!!!

The listing is exactly as described! Incredibly clean and comfortable. While I was the only person staying there is plenty of space for 6. The host was very attentive. While I didn’t need anything for my stay she was in touch with me daily and very accommodating. My daughter attends a school in the area and I will be returning to this condo many more times!

PEACEFUL LAKESIDE CONDO WITH LOVELY VIEWS

Enjoyed our stay at this lakeside condo. First thing we noticed was how clean and organized the condo was. Very cute and inviting with decor centered around lake living. All the facilities were clean and working properly. All electrical switches were labeled as to what they control. Heating and AC worked very well. Enjoyed the deck with a beautiful lake view. All bedding was clean and were in great condition, like new. Both master bedroom bathroom and common bathroom were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Plenty of towels in both. Nice having two showers. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. The kitchen had all needed supplies, utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of parking with a great area to swim and sit on a deck on the lake. The lake is very peaceful and its fun to watch the boats go by as they make their way through the narrow channel to the southern portion of the lake. Rahna was great to work with being very informative and helpful. The information ring binder was helpful with suggested restaurants and activities in the area. We recommend this property highly. A very relaxing stay.

We had the best few days at this lakeside condo! Everything was updated and Ranha was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The deck was amazing for sipping morning teas/coffee and the sunbathing area so amazing! Literally the best gateway. We looking forward to booking for next summer.

Fun lakeside get away

Great place in the lake. Out son was in mountain bike camp at Highland Mountain Bike Park and north bay enjoyed evenings on the lake.

Hidden Gem in Tilton, NH

This condo unit is awesome! Rahna, our host, was very friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond to provide every detail to make this a stress free stay. We fell in love with the unit immediately. It smelled clean as soon as we opened the door and that was such a nice first impression. But the entire unit truly was clean and fresh. The bedding was clean and crisp, and the mattresses were SO comfortable. The shower pressure was wonderful, not weak like some hotels. The towels were fluffy, which surprised me. It’s the little things that matter and it seems that this host has taken time to do it right. There were 3 of us and it was just perfect. Definitely big enough for 4 people comfortably. I loved that there are 2 bathrooms! The view from the deck overlooked the lake so it was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to Weir’s Beach, Meredith, and the Bank of New Hampshire Pavillon quickly. Of course, the Tanger Outlets are so close that you’d be crazy not to do some shopping. Honestly, we couldn’t find one negative thing about staying here. We will definitely stay again!

What's not to love about this property? It is super-close to everything you'd want to get to in the Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain (15 minutes away) and White Mountain National Park (45 miles away), has great views, lots of sleeping space and so many amenities available through the Lord Hampshire Association--relaxing on the dock, splashing around in the swimming area or enjoying the game room with family or friends!
