As a guest in this charming townhome, you will enjoy the privacy of two lovely lanais, two separate living areas (with a coffee bar in the downstairs living space), two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two car garage and lots of beach gear including snorkel equipment, a surf board, kayak, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, and two bicycles. This comfy townhome is perfect for two couples traveling together, or a family with children who like to have their own space! You are steps away from restaurants, shops, groceries, golf, tennis, exercise equipment, and a walk/bike path that runs along the golf course with amazing views of the mountains, palm trees, and the beautiful blue ocean.

Perfect place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Highly recommend it. It has everything you need and is in the heart of princeville. Andrea was amazing with communication as well. We’ll be back!

Best stay possible!

It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the place was so well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The place was so clean and updated and having the separate upstairs and downstairs living was awesome as we brought my mom and she was able to have her own space when she wanted. Would stay here again and again.

We stayed in this exceptional townhouse for 9 days. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We have no complaints. Thankful that the owners would share their slice of paradise with us.

Great townhouse in a great location

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and the house was a perfect home base for our Christmas vacation. Very clean and new and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the island. A great place and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We’ve come to Princeville many times, and we’re very pleased with the cleanliness and communication of the property managers. When I did have questions they were answered in a timely manner. When I requested a late check out, they were wonderful to accommodate me. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We were very pleased.

Wonderful condo 🌺

Andrea’s condo was amazing. It was clean, had any convenience that you may have at home and so much more. Her garage was full of beach accessories. My daughter and boyfriend enjoyed the bikes to go around Princeville. We love the pool at Nihilani after a long day of hiking or exploring the canyon. I will definitely book again with Andrea. She was easy to communicate with and truly cares about your stay. Thank you Andrea 🌺

Very thoughtful property. It was super warm and comfortable. It had all the kitchen, home/stay amenities, and fun accessories needed for our stay - and then some. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Staying in Kaua’i on the north shore in Princeville was the BEST! The Vrbo had everything we needed for beach days and we loved the location. The Condo was clean with plenty of supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Kauai paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, and the rental was spotless. Very easy check-in. It had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the North Shore of Kauai!

Few days on North side

Lovely well stocked unit. Plenty of beach and kitchen supplies. Princeville itself is mostly condos and golf. Have to hunt a bit for access to local beaches. Have to drive to big beautiful Hanalei Bay beach.

Great condo in Princeville

This was a wonderful find - a beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, well-located and comfortable place to stay on the north shore of Kauai. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and the price was surprisingly affordable. We can’t wait to return - it was a wonderful, peaceful vacation during troubled times. Thank you!

So amazing!

This was place was just wonderful. It was perfect for 2 couples to have plenty of space. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The area was beautiful and we loved the Princeville location. We found some amazing beaches for snorkeling so the equipment at the place was very much appreciated. We didn't need anything but Andrea checked on us anyway and gave us some tips for restaurants and activities.

Fantastic in every aspect

Super clean and well located. Andrea was terrific to work with. Quality ‘vacation-feeling’ neighborhood. 2-car garage is really helpful because of street-parking restrictions. This is BY FAR the best equipped VRBO we have ever rented (and we have rented about 40). The kitchen could be your own; nothing missing. Even the wine glasses are crystal. The beach gear is plentiful and fantastic. This was super helpful. It goes as far as straw sun hats. On top of all this, it is beautifully furnished and decorated. We plan to return.

Perfect Stay in Paradise

Andrea was great to work with. She responded very quickly with any questions that we had. She truly is a perfect host. Wonderful condo. We loved it.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s over the years. This unit is our favorite one so far. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. The unit has super comfortable beds and is squeaky clean. All the dishes, appliances, furnishings are nice. You can tell Andrea takes good care of her property. We look forward to booking here again in the future. Thank you Andrea!

Aloha! My name is Andrea! I have been coming to this beautiful island for over 4 decades now and to this date, Kauai is still my favorite place in the world! I purchased this slice of paradise in 2010 and moved here permanently after I retired 4 years ago. I was a college professor in Texas for 30 years, and I have 3 grown children and one grand baby!
