Leuk 3 slaapkamer huis met gemakkelijke toegang, grote tuin en een prachtig uitzicht. Gelegen nabij het centrum van Maggie Valley. Vanaf de veranda kunt u de chipmunks en vogels op de grote rots, evenals de koeien in de wei kijken. Binnen vindt u in de grote lounge stoel kunnen zitten en kijken naar het grote scherm (met HD-ontvanger) en de bergen op hetzelfde moment. Goed ingericht en comfortabel. Alle een niveau met slechts 3 stappen om binnen te komen. Toegang tot internet, printer met fax, zodat u kunt werken terwijl hij op vakantie. 6 personen met koninginnen in twee slaapkamers en 2 doubles in de derde slaapkamer. Alle linnengoed zijn aanwezig, centrale verwarming / lucht, hout openhaard; Volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine / droger; Kabel-tv met videorecorder / dvd-spelers, Great Mountain View, Verharde toegang; Huisdiervriendelijk

Instructies voor in- en uitchecken
• U moet inchecken op ons kantoor op 2787 Soco Rd. in Maggie Valley. Wij zijn gevestigd in Eagles Plaza in de buurt van Snappy's Pizza.

• Check-in tijden beginnen om 16.00 uur, maar dit is niet gegarandeerd. We werken heel hard om deze check-in tijd te accommoderen, maar extra reiniging en inspectie kunnen nodig zijn voor de huurwoningen, vooral tijdens het hoogseizoen en het vakantie-seizoen. U bent van harte welkom om voor uw aankomst het kantoor te bellen om te kijken of uw vakantiewoning geschikt is voor bewoning.

• Tijdens kantooruren is uw incheckpakket op ons kantoor. Als u na kantooruren arriveert, bevindt uw pakket zich in de RODE vervolgkeuzelijst net buiten de deur van ons kantoor. Dit pakket bevat routebeschrijvingen naar huis, sleutels, een alarmnummer voor noodgevallen, lokale prullenlocaties en een routebeschrijving naar verschillende supermarkten.

��� Check out is 10:00 am en alle sleutels moeten worden teruggestuurd naar ons kantoor of worden geplaatst in het vergrendelde deel van de RODE drop box.

• Alle huizen zijn ingericht met bed- en badlinnen, potten en pannen en gerechten. De huizen hebben ook een wasmachine en drogers voor uw gebruik.
��� Stroomuitval (stroom, kabel, internet) zijn buiten onze controle en we zullen er alles aan doen om snel op te lossen. Er zijn geen aanpassingen of terugbetalingen vanwege uitval van het netwerk.
• NIET-OPENBAARMAKING VAN HUISDIEREN ZAL LEIDEN TOT ONMIDDELLIJKE EVISTIE EN GEEN TERUGBETALINGEN!
• Als u brandhout wilt laten bezorgen, belt u ons kantoor op en wij zullen u daarvoor een contactpersoon geven.
�� Houd er rekening mee dat de weers- en wegomstandigheden in de winter drastisch kunnen veranderen in de bergen, zelfs als er geen sneeuw is, wegen nog steeds ijzig en gevaarlijk kunnen worden (dit zijn trappen en opritten). Plan daarom goed en rijd veilig.

Great Stay at High Cotton

We enjoyed our relaxing vacation at High Cotton. Property was as promised. One caution: driveway is a bit tight if you are driving a big truck as we were (F350 Dually). Otherwise it was great for us and our pups!

Great week away

This is a sweet house that is pleasantly tucked away. From inside you can watched birds all day long if you like. The house is comfortably spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the back porch at night and watching all the fireflies. Great location to easily get into town. The completely fenced backyard was the main reason we chose this property to stay at and it was a hit with our girl Maggie.

It also has a long PAVED driveway, surrounded by woods and is completely private. There is no dirt road or gravel driveway. It takes all of 3 minutes to drive down to Soco Road.Nice wide covered front porch with a view of the mountains.Reasonably priced.

A week wasn’t enough

There were minor (to our group) issues with the property on arrival but management was very quick to right the situation to our satisfaction. (the property owners had been by and hadn’t informed the agency a cleaning was needed) Outside of their control were the next door neighbors revving their motorcycles at multiple points throughout the day and during the entire last night we spent there. Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep in the first queen room! The fence area is wonderful and the porch overlooking the valley is gorgeous. The tvs are easy to use and there is ample cooking equipment. We prefer streaming and the WiFi was more than sufficient to process any service we used. We chose to eat out and there were so many choices it was hard to decide! Multiple delivery apps include this home in the service area so that was also beneficial. The driveway is narrow and turning out can be nerve wracking as the visibility up the hill isn’t great. But turning in was a magical experience ;) We can’t wait to come back!

We wanted something pet friendly. This was perfect with the fenced yard, however there are a couple of drainage issues that create mud when it rains. The closets, laundry room and back porch could use a lot of attention. There is a lot of clutter. The living areas were all clean. Don’t get me wrong I do recommend this home. There’s just some maintenance that could be done. It is an older home. The beds were comfortable and a few to choose from. This home is by itself with a beautiful mountain to wake up to everyday. This was perfect for our relaxing time away from home. We called the owner about the TV in the bedroom. She was very helpful and kind. I wish I could stay longer.

Perfect For Traveling with Dogs!

I travel with my dogs so the first thing I look for (after pet Friendly) is fenced yard. This place has a huge fenced yard! The back porch offers a beautiful and relaxing view. Even though you need to bring condiments and paper products, prior guests left things and we didn't need to use any of the things we brought. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and anything you need to cook (if you choose to :). It didn't get cold enough to use the wood burning fireplace. The TV was easy to use. One thing to note, the property behind the house does have cats. If your dogs obsess over kitties you might want to bring distractions. There were no neighbors on my last visit. The people were quiet and didn't mind my dogs. I would stay here again.

They were quick to respond to our needs and very helpful, we would definitely use them again. As far as High Cotton home it could really use some updating. There was trash in the yard upon arrival. The back porch is a mess. The furniture feels old and dirty, the carpets in the bedrooms are stained and dirty. The bathrooms were very clean with lots of towels and the beds were clean and very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. Overall the house just needs some updating and cleaning up and it would be much better. It's very roomy and nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Also, the owner was super nice and willing to help when we had a concern. Everyone we worked with was super.

We were able to have our dogs and not worry that they would damage ultra fancy or delicate furniture and decor. Twisty road from the Highway. Enough space to turn on concrete drive. Appliances all worked as advertised. TV was a challenge as there were no children in the party. Lot's of birds at the feeder. If you bring a dog, know there are squirrels and cats to chase, yard is fully fenced. Outdoor grill was clean and ready to go. Important tip, its' easy to walk down the hill to Brickhouse Pizza, far more difficult to walk back up.

Top Cotton Dissappointment

The electronics/media/TV at this property is terribly outdated. It took about two hours to get the WI-Fi working and since it doesn't require a password we were afraid to use it. We could never get the streaming part of the TV working so we only had bottom tier cable and nothing else. Virtually all of the outside grassy areas was loaded with dog poop so we rarely got off of the concrete drive. We picked up after our dogs but it was clear that most people don't pick up after their pets. The furniture in the living room looked nice but was not comfortable. The couch isn't too bad but the chairs are terrible. One of the top railings on the front porch had been replaced but there were several pickets that were only being held by the bottom runner. They were not attach to the new top railing because the top of the pickets were completely rotted away. Terribly unsafe! You enter through the back porch. The porch door door drags and the overall appearance is trashy. Almost wanted to turn around and leave before we actually got inside. Fortunately the inside was better than the entrance. Overall the house was clean, but badly in need of maintenance. We've rented several homes for vacations over the years. The fenced yard was what attracted us to this rental and we were willing to pay more for the safety of our fur babies. We would disappointed and would not recommend High Cotton to anyone.

This house is wonderful, especially if you travel with your dogs. The yard is beautiful. The house is clean and comfortable. The porch is amazing!
