Brand new Hot Springs Lake house with Dock!

Be one of the first to stay in this newly built two level waterfront home with amazing lake views and trees for days!

Sleeps 16 and is perfect for families to share or your next family get together. Room for extra parking, corn hole and basketball with our extended driveway & league size goal. Private double stall boat dock with Tritoon available for rent to experienced boaters, or bring your own boat and launch from nearby Hill Wheatley park.

Our main floor boasts a large open living room & fully furnished kitchen with windows galore & upper level deck access to a gas grill & outdoor dining area. Master bedroom with King bed & fireplace. Master bath with jetted tub & double vanities. Office / 4th bedroom with desk & Queen Murphy bed and a 2nd full bathroom. Laundry/ mudroom with direct entrance coming in from the lake.

Lower level has King Guest bedroom, a HUGE Bunk Room that sleeps 10 and a third full bath with double vanities. In addition, it has a Game room with bar, a roll-a-way bed and King blow up mattress.

Other amenities include high speed internet with Smart TV's & Roku's in every room & video games in the game room. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee bar and watch the sunrise over the lake from our back patio & upper level deck, or the views of the 1 acre treed lot from the front porch. You may even see some deer in the early morning hours.

As if the lake doesn't have enough to offer, we are 15 minutes from Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown & Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and many other attractions.

Hot Springs also offers many fine restaurants, shopping options, crystal mines, hiking trails & spas. The Arlington hotel and the Quapaw bathhouse offer hot springs mineral baths in addition to other spa services.

Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino offers live music, the Astral Spa, a pool and 14 dining options! Choose from fine dining or bar & grills with sports betting, ax throwing, shuffleboard, simulated top golf & other sports. Oaklawn Park is a world-class thoroughbred racing course which hosts live horse racing.

Perfect family retreat

House is practically new and well stocked. Even had XMas decorations up for our stay, which was a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake views. Hosts are top notch too!

Visited Hot Springs for a family reunion. House and property were as listed, beautiful house, 2 balconies overlooking the lake. Very clean and well setup for our group.

Spring Golf Trip

Wonderful property in a fantastic location! So enjoyed the deck looking over the lake. We had 12 adults staying at the property for our spring golf trip and the house worked great. Utilized the gas grill and dining set on deck. We loved the second refrigerator in the garage where we could stock all our beer and soda. The basketball court was a huge hit as well. There are weight limits on the upper bunk beds so we needed to use the coach and air mattress they provided but not a big issue. Loved the open floor plan connecting kitchen to the dining room to living room. We could all hang out together. We also loved all the toys and outdoor activity items in the garage like the cornhole set. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was better than advertised. Online pictures don’t do it justice. Even though we arrived a little earlier than expected, owner was quick to welcome us. Lots of activities to do a short drive into Hot Springs. Loved it, putting this home into our vacation rotation.

Wonderful time!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Beds were comfy, and my kids loved the lower level with all the games and bunk beds. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs.

Amazing!

This was the most perfect property for our group - plenty of space for everyone and enough bathrooms to go around. The kitchen was perfect - and we loved having a washer/dryer. The back porch/deck was a perfect place to have morning coffee or evening beverage. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Comfortable beds (the kids LOVED the bunkbeds) I would love to come back every year.

Gorgeous Lake House

If you want to relax and spend quality time, this is your place! This house is amazing. Just as beautiful and serene as it appears in the photos. Denise is super accommodating and just an all around amazing host. I really enjoyed the incredible lake view. The bulk of our time was spent on the back deck, which is just as awesome as it looks. AMAZING!!!

If you are looking for a wonerful time, look no further, because your wait is over. This home was stunning. It was exactly what we needed and were looking for in a vacation rental. We watch the grandbabies catch their first fish from the docks, enjoyed home cooked meals and watermelon as a family, we observed the grandbabies first tube ride behind the boat (Thank yoou again). We all agreed that it was out best time yet! The host was extremely accomidating and the only thing I hated was that I couldn't meet them in person to personally thank them for allowing us to share their home. One for the memory books and one that will last a liseftime.

Brand new home and super hostess

The owner was so helpful with the little things that come up. We were there for Thanksgiving and we had so many casserole dishes and plenty of plates and silverware. Extra fridge in the garage was a must and so helpful. Beds and linens and blankets were warm and snuggly. So comfy. Really good for two separate family groups with the set up. Plenty of really comfortable seating, which is important. We aren’t big TV watchers but they were available everywhere. We think you would be lucky to stay here.
