Family celebration

Needed a place for the entire family to be under one roof so we could watch the grandkids and everyone could move between rooms freely. Overall it worked well. A few hiccups but the onsite staff was very responsive.

Great location! Lots of room!

Adjoining rooms was so great! Full kitchen, kids even played hide and seek it was so big! Nice calm lobby and straight to your room. Plus a moving walkway to the casino if you want. Parking is bad in the evening. Valet fills up and you have to park far away. Better to take taxi or monorail to places in the evening. Other than that. Great place. Thanks!!

Fun Trivium/Beartooth concert weekend.

The MGM Signature is great! The fitness center has everything you need and is open 24hrs. The views are amazing, master bath is huge, furniture is great, wi-fi is fast, kitchen has all you need… even a subzero refrigerator. We’ve been to other VRBO locations in Vegas and this is our favorite!

Spring Break with 2 Teens

We reserved the adjoining suites so we had plenty of room for the parents and the teens. There was an easy rices to have 4 sets of dishes/ flat wear delivered. Housecleaning every day was timely and easy to reschedule when we wanted to sleep late. Everyone on this property was patient, friendly, and helpful, even when we had some unexpected issues. Our contact at Condo Hotel Marketplace was available and worked hard to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. I would definitely book through her again, and would happily stay at The Signature again.

Ok but…

The property was great but the online synopsis is misleading. We thought we had a 2 bedroom unit - not just connecting hotel rooms. At check in our party was only able to get 1 room and when the remainder of our party arrived the connecting room was given away. We were not able to be together.

Review

Property was good however its a long way from the MGM and it was a pain to get an uber or taxi. We stayed in Tower 1 and many times transportation was not allowed to come in and we had to walk to the entrance. Pretty pricey not to have room service, clean towels. etc.

Good for a family stay

Place is good to stay at with kids. Some stuff within hotel closes early (Starbucks closes by 2pm on Weekends and not open at all Wed and Thursday), gym in tower was out of order. Hotel service can be slow to respond (called for extra toilet paper since only 1 was in the room for a 5 day stay and couldn’t get in touch with anyone for almost an hour of calling). Rooms are large.

Private and quite

If you want to be in Vegas but not be in Vegas this is a great place to stay. A short walk to the actual hotel and tram. We were in the 3ed tower so super far from all the noise and whatnot. Whatever issues we had, like the kitchen not having any kitchen supplies and the number provided telling us that they didn't provide utensils would have been awesome to know before arriving. They said they would refund the resort fee, so I'm waiting for that. Our TV's didn't work it took a few days of our 4 day stay for them to sort that out. All in all remember Covid is a real things, and everyone is understaffed and doing their best to take care of so many. Being kind went a long way as did understanding the situation. Over all ~ great staff and clean rooms.

Great venue suite and property manager and hotel staff very professional and helpful.

Valet situation was unacceptable as valet was closed to dropping your car off every afternoon and evening, forcing us to have to deal with the crowds and mess of MGM Grand, something I had not planned for or cared to do. If someone does not enjoy the aroma of marijuana, they will be very unhappy as the property reeks. I entered my room one day after being gone all day and it was so strong in my room I actually think my eyes were watering. Seriously strong.

Great location and floorplan

We love staying here, it is my second time. The rooms are great for sharing with a big group. I think the upkeep or maintenance needs some improvement. The refrigerator in our room had a very strong fish odor and the curtain rod kept falling off so we were not able to move the curtains around that much in the living room. I am hoping this is just due to reduced staff from COVID because this place is really great to stay at.
