Newly Renovated & Centrally Located
A newly renovated home in close proximity to much of what Denver and the Foothills have to offer. The furnishings and appliances throughout are brand new and selected for their quality. It has a large fenced backyard newly landscaped with a berry garden and separate area with egg laying hens.

The entire house was just renovated and all the furnishings are brand new! There are 3 living spaces, one of which is outdoors with curtains for privacy, a 52" firepit with Dragon Glass and a TV so you don't have to miss the game.

You'll have access to - 2 indoor living areas, an outdoor living area, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms(one is a little small), one of which has a bathtub, a full laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer, and a workstation with a triple monitors on a usb dock back by fiber to the house.
