- A rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Holiday reservation deposits are non-refundable, and we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Due to insurance requirements and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. The primary renter must upload a valid ID and be staying at the property. Any violations of these terms are subject to removal without a refund.
- All guests and vehicles must be registered with Shagbark Security, requiring a driver's license upon entering the neighborhood. Unregistered guests will be denied access.
- Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Prior disclosure is mandatory, and dogs must be kenneled when left alone in the lodge.
- Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 16 guests, with upper deck cameras for security purposes; no indoor cameras are installed.
