This is a beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 3 bedroom and 4 bath condo is on the 8th floor. It has 4 flat panel TV's including a 50 inch flatscreen in the family room. With its modern decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a family resort vacation spot for your enjoyment!

The living area is decorated with 2 sofas and a recliner, a large 50 inch flat screen TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views of the beach and ocean. A wet-bar and beverage cooler complement the living area. The patio features a large seating area with a patio table and 6 chairs overlooking the lazy river and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo's master bedroom has French doors which open to beautiful views of the Gulf. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. From the time you arrive and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you're in a tropical paradise. This condo is in the best location in the building. From the family room you have incredible views of the ocean that spans for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.

The condo provides a full size washer and dryer and the covered parking provides your car protection from the sun, heat and salt breezes.

Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water slide. The indoor pool and two hot tubs are perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state-of-the-art fitness room and sauna.

Vaca 2024

We love the Gulf Shores area. It’s our favorite vacation spot for family. We’ve stayed in a couple Phoenix Buildings. They are always clean and the staff are friendly. We choose our location based on the pools (for the grandchildren) but everything is always great. A little pricy but always a great stay.

Amazing Ocean Views

First time staying in Orange Beach and we LOVED it. The Condo was perfect and very spacious, it had everything we needed in it. Loved my mornings on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was great for food as well, short walk and quick drive to many places. We will definitely stay her again if/when we come back.

Awesome vacation

From the condo to the pools and beach everything was clean and close. Had grand babies with me and so great to keep them entertained with all the different options of pool and beach. Larry who I rented from was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. Will return and recommend to all my friends

Great place to stay in Orange Beach!

We had a great stay. There was lots of space for three couples. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. The condo is close to many great restaurants, shops and an awesome bike trail. Larry was very responsive and even helped us locate an additional parking space. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this location! Condo was very neat and clean! Awesome view. Had 6 adults and 1 child. Condo was located right off the elevator /parking garage. Parked on eighth floor and condo was on eighth floor. Would highly recommend! We will definitely use this condo again!

Happy with this property

Well appointed condo. 4th bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is lacking pantry space. Great amenities-pools, lazy river, gym, tennis. Wine cooler was out of commission. There are many complaints about the elevators but if you avoid check in / out times it’s really fine. Indoor parking is great but it’s important to note there’s a separate fee to park. Also if you need additional parking check with the front desk before you pay to park off site.

Superb!

We enjoyed staying here so much! Our group included myself and my husband along with our 3 kids (age 2, 8, and 10) and my parents. The location is perfect! Close to several great restaurants and only a couple miles away from a Walmart. The lazy river was the most amazing, relaxing way to spend the afternoon. The waterside was so much fun for all of us! I highly recommend you stay here. I hope to come back soon!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The fourth bathroom/laundry room was a plus. The only complaint is that you are only allowed 2 parking passes per Condo. If you have an additional vehicle you have to find parking off of the premises. The closest we found was 6 miles away at $15/day.

This was a trip with my 89 year old mother, two adult sisters and one adult brother. The condo was very spacious and provided all the beds and bathrooms for our group. Everything was exactly as presented. We had a great experience.

Awesome condo right on the beach! Top notch!

This condo was top notch and PERFECT for our family! It’s spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining room, and master bedroom! The unit was perfect. Also, it was so nice to have the lazy river, outside pool, indoor pool, and 2 indoor hot tubs. We were able to park on the same floor as the unit AND there were plenty of carts on the floor to bring in luggage or groceries. Close to multiple groceries as well as restaurants and entertainment. The owner was SO easy to get in contact with and was quick to answer our call and texts. It’s a big building but never felt crowded - elevators were quick, plenty of parking, and plenty of floats for the lazy river!

Clean, well equipped home. Everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Even though it was a short stay, we had a great time. Parking on the same floor was a plus. No waiting on elevators. Communication with Larry was outstanding. He quickly responded to any questions. Hope to stay in this unit again

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was clean. Great view. Great location. The bed was very comfortable but I would suggest bringing your own pillow. They were basic and flat. Having a bathroom off bleach bedroom was great! Theres also one in the hall for any company. There were 2 laundry detergent packets and 2 dishwasger packets but you will more than likely need more if you're staying a week. There were 2 hot tubes in the indoor pool area but no hot tub outside which would have been nice, since our trip was in april and it was a little cool at night. Overall, great stay and we hope to be back.

Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, in a great location, and has a beautiful view! We were very impressed with the layout and amenities. Every bedroom has their own attached full bathroom and there is a fourth bathroom for guests. The beach is a very short and easy walk - and we had a senior, 4 year old, and 6 year old. The building was quiet, access in and out of the room was easy but secure. The indoor pool was a plus for staying in March, although several were swimming in the ocean and lazy river. The condo has darkening curtains and was quiet for bedtime, which is very important to us as our littles don’t sleep well with any kind of lights. The master has French doors, if you wanted to open the doors or curtains for a view out. The location was so great, very close to everything. There are so many restaurants and activities, we had plenty to do everyday. The owner sent recommendations of favorite places to eat and things to do which was so appreciated. We used all of his recommendations and were very happy! We would def stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Beautiful property with great location

This property was exactly as advertised, it is in an ideal location and the amenities were excellent. Be aware that you will need to bring toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and laundry detergent. We didn’t need to contact the property manager as everything was set up for us when we got here, so great coordination on his part.
