Villa Maslina in Makarska, private pool
Villa Ribica is perfect for a family or a small group of 4 people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, air conditioning, balcony.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room that includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, additional toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the terrace with the pool. The house is ecologically sustainable and has a charger for electric vehicles.
In May and October 2025, construction works are being carried out 100 meters from the house. Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is 5 EUR per pet/per night. Deposit is required in cash (300,00 EUR) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).
